- 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor;
- patio with barbecue facing the beach;
- Covered garage for two cars and can accommodate 4 more cars in the courtyard.
- Large outdoor area, in front of the beach, where you can enjoy the shade of the almond trees, in the net, one meter from the sea sand strip.
Prime area of Zimbros beach (right side), with wide strip of white sand, calm water and own bath.
