Gated community, with assigned Covered Parking, a full Exercise Room, Jacuzzi Hot Tub and Heated (seasonal) Pool. All Gates and Doors to all areas require a code for total privacy and security.....Making this an unforgettable Vacation Home.
The Master Bedroom offers a King Size Bed and tranquil view of the Gulf as you wake each morning. The Master Bath has a large Garden Tub & Walk-In Shower with 3 shower heads.
The two Guest Rooms offer Queen Size Beds and Private Bathrooms, one of which also opens to the hallway for other guests.
The Media Room has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa.
There is also a Laundry Room equipped with a Washer & Dryer for your convenience.
Travertine tile throughout living areas, 9 1/2-foot ceilings, stainless steel Viking appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, custom light fixtures, flat screen TVs in all rooms and wireless internet.
