This two bedroom villa features two double beds in bedroom 1 and two doubles in bedroom 2, each with a spacious bathroom attached. This unit is accessible by stairs only; no elevator in building.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Great for families!

This condo was fantastic for our family of 4. The living room was much bigger in person, so it was a great spot for our toddlers to play in. Very spacious condo in general. The pool at the activity center was mostly 3 ft deep, and pretty big, so that was also just right for our kids. A short drive to the public parking to the beach, and lots of local restaurants to try. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again sometime soon!

The property was fresh and homey.

We used both the main unit and the smaller unit. We were travelling with our son and daughter- in -law and it was great for them to have the privacy that afforded. The units were fresh and the vibe was relaxed. The common areas (pools, exercise space) were nice and not overcrowded. The complex was great for taking walks and exploring.

Sea trail condo

My family and I have been renting condos from sea trail for nearly 6 years . This particular condo was not the best. The washer did not work and neither did the oven . The bathroom floor had broken tiles . The blinds were very dusty!!! Another occupant from the first floor left their trash out and an animal scattered it everywhere . We called the person at the front desk to let them know . No one came to pick up the trash so my family had to walk around filthy trash everyday we were there . This place felt like a cheap hotel room . And usually we have very nice well kept rooms from sea trail .we were very disappointed

Oldie but goodie!

Loved the location. Great layout of condo. We really enjoyed our stay! Love the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The carpets in our room were dirty upon arrival. The toilets in both rooms didn't flush well. We had to plunge them often. We were not able to wash our things while we were here because the washer leaked water terribly. This is a great condo! It just could use a few upgrades. Over all we had a good visit.

Overlooking Maples #1.

Clean well maintained third floor walk up. Excellent view of Maples #1 and the upper reaches of the Calabash River in the distance. I would stay there again.

The condo was nice, clean and well equipped. It was at a nice location with access to the clubhouse ,golf course and for walking. I also liked it bc restaurants and sunset beach were only a short drive away. I look forward to my next visit.
