Cozy ski/golf/hikers chalet only three minutes from Stratton.

The property comfortably sleeps 10 with two full master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bedroom with a captains bunk that sleeps three, a loft sleeping area with two twins, and a huge bonus basement complete with a recreation game room, additional sleeping quarters, and another full bathroom. 2 parking spots. Free ski shuttle to the mountain subject to HOA scheduling.

Enjoy the free winter shuttle to Stratton Mountain, access to the Stratton Mountain Athletic Club, and priority golfing at the Stratton Mountain Golf course. Wonderful summer and fall hiking. Gorgeous lakes and nearby falls. Tons of summer and Fall foliage activities at Stratton Mountain. Note: shuttle service subject to HOA safety protocols

Great ski condo. Convenient to Stratton and Bromley and 15 mins to Manchester. It was clean and well equipped and exactly as advertised.

Great Ski Rental

We had a fantastic stay, we had 2 families with 5 children ranging from 7-14. The kids enjoyed the basement, leaving us adults the main floor with a great fire and lots of laughs. House was clean, great proximity to the mountain, and made for a memorable trip. We won’t hesitate to book again next year when headed back to Stratton.

Great long weekend

We were two families (four adults and four teenagers.) Property is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Extremely convenient to Stratton (5 min drive.)

Spacious house and convenient location

We stayed with a group of friends for a 50th birthday / golf weekend. Lots of room to spread out, cool game room in the basement, and it really does sleep as many as 10 with plenty of bathrooms. So it would be great for multiple families with kids as well. Good communication so check in/out was easy.

Great house. Great location!

We loved our stay. The house is cozy and clean and has plenty of space. It is deceptively large. The sleeping situation is great with more than enough room for 10 people. The foyer area is great for all the boots and snowwear we had so we could stay organized and not clutter up the house with our snow gear. The kitchen is a good size and the dining table combined with the kitchen bartop sat us all comfortably for all meals. There is plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch a movie after a long day of skiing and the pool table and air hockey table in the basement kept our kids occupied when we were home. Great value! We hope to rent again in the future.
