This spacious property is an ideal retreat for 8 people , making the perfect getaway during holidays and any other special time with family and friends. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, pool, lake front. This property offers a very nice location close to Hard Rock Casino, Bush Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Fairgrounds, Brandenton beaches and many other attractions.
This 1,900 square foot home accommodates 8 guests with essential amenities and an ideal location. Swim in the lanai pool.
The space - Master Bedroom with a queen size bed/ Bedroom 2 with a queen size bed/ Bedroom/Bedroom 3 with a two twin beds/ Bedroom 4 with a Full sized bed/ plus two extra air mattress. All bedrooms have TV’s.
During your downtime, take in the stunning lake views from the pool area and living área featuring family friendly entertainment on the flat screen TV.
You can head to one of the nearby beaches to spend a day oceanside on the white sand the Gulf Coast. Choose between Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island, Fort de Soto, all of which have been named some of the best beaches in the US and are locates less and within 45 minutes to an hour from the property.

Lovely view

We liked the lanai & watching the birds on the pond. The sunset views were very pretty. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked several meals - the kitchen was well stocked.Location was close to family, shopping, and activities. I recommend this very nice home in a nice neighborhood.

Quiet and peaceful

This home is as pictured. Nice open layout with space for family and friends. The neighborhood is tucked away and is very quiet and peaceful. We spent a lot of our time in the pool which was lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Incredible Place

The house was on a lake with a pool. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a long stay. House was very clean and well organized. The host paid attention to the smallest of details. I stayed here for work and would stay again.

House with good location

Perfect located house, very close to restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment, airport, just everything you need. Nice lake view, good size pool. Big house with open concept. Bathroom and kitchen needs a handyman. Pool heating was not working and we couldn’t find a garage door opener. The Owner were very friendly, helpful and answered quick when we had questions or problems.

Brandon Home

This home was a great size for our family. It offered the amenities we needed, but unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken and the dryer was on the fritz. The hosts did purchase a new dishwasher and installed it while we were there. They also purchased a new dryer, but it wasn't installed yet. We only travel with a few sets of clothes to conserve space, so we did have to use the washer and dryer pretty consistently, so it was difficult with a dryer that takes about three hours to dry a load. The host did look at it to try to increase the efficiency. While the house has many amenities, we did run into a few issues. The master bath shower takes about five minutes to get hot water. On the other hand, the guest bathroom shower was well updated, so that was the one we primarily used. There were burn holes in the patio furniture, but the view out the back patio was incredible allowing for us to see a dozen varieties of birds while there. The home comes with beach chairs and pool noodles, so that was nice as well. Check in process was smooth.

Clean and comfy home

We were in town for a conference and spent only a few hours each day at the house. The large house (probably too big for 4 adults) was clean and comfortable. Lakeview was a source of peace and quite reflection. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants, very convenient! Wish the pool was heated. Although the house is large and modern and well decorated, there are a few repairs needed such as cabinet doors l/wall in owners bathroom, flooring in kitchen, pool floor and walls was peeling. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Family getaway

The house overall is clean and nice. Pool and lake view are house highlights. Lots of bedrooms and closet space for guests. TVs and internet all worked well. Only issues we had is the house did not stay cool. By the end of the day the house was 78 degrees which was not a comfortable sleeping temperature even with ceiling fans. Also, the patio seating seemed older, was low to the ground and not cushioned well which was disappointing given how much time we spent outside. Super easy check in and communication with owners was good.

Paradise at Providence Lakes

This house is great for a family or group. Plenty of room for at least 8 or more peopke to sleep and move around in the nice open spaces. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and could just use maybe a couple more larger bowls for mixing things in. The complimentary water bottles, plates, napkins and place settings are such a nice touch. My mom and her siblings (WWII survivors from the Philippines) had a great time meeting here and catching up. I found a couple small geckos using the master shower but we shooed them away. The washer and dryer are a welcomed convenience, as is the garage which is nice for loading bags in and out easily. It's a beautiful residential area with quiet neighbors. As mentioned by the hosts, the house stays nice and cool if you keep the outside doors to the pool closed. I could sit for hours in the screened in pool area! Lina and Nelson are super responsive and thoughtful. We look forward to returning. Thanks to Lina and Nelson for sharing your home.

Awesome Neighbors

The neighbors are wonderful. One neighbor loaned us his blender after the blender at the property had all of our margaritas pouring from the bottom of the blender. There are only 2 wines glasses. A lizard got into my son's bed. I am thinking it came though the gap in the front door. A frog got into the master bathroom. It's time for new weatherstripping at the doors. The property is in a nice location and it is spacious. The property is pass due time for real updates. Both showers have had the shower tiles painted instead of being replaced. It felt cringey steping into a shower with paint cliping off the tiles. The wall is buckling in one showers where the tiles need to be replaced. It's time for new bedroom blankets. The pool and backyard view are wonderful and relaxing. But the pool is not heated. Unfortunately the owner didn't let us that the pool heater was not working until after we paid. I looked back at other reviews and they also say the pool is not heated. Perhaps the owners should just stop advertising a heated pool to stop any disappointments and misunderstandings. The pool furniture cushions are pass needing replacement. Please don't misunderstand my review. The place is not bad. It's just time for the owners to invest some money to bring it up to speed. I didn't bother calling her, because she probably already knows about the issues. After all, it's her property. I would rather spend my time try to enojy my time and making the best of it, rather then complaining to the owner. But no, I would not rent this property again.

Son getting married

I had a few questions re:reviews I had read. She was quick to respond & issues had already been resolved. Houses are extremely close to one another, stores conveniently close by. Difficult to control A/C unit, unable to get it cooler. Fans in BR are either off/on turn regulate. Pool lovelyExtra chairs in garage. Overall very enjoyable

Perfect for our family

We came in to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from the University of Tampa. The location is perfect Spartan parents- 20 minutes east of the fairgrounds. All one floor so perfect for the older family members with nice bedroom options. Only challenge was outdoor furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Loved the open layout and pool. View of pond was nice.

Wonderful stay, great pool

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and grandparents for a week and we had a lovely time! The host was very responsive and the house was very tidy. We absolutely loved hanging out in the pool and watching the gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tampa. Only 2 small things to keep in mind if you’re wanting to stay: The patio furniture is quite low to the ground and the cushions are a bit worn. My grandparents are in their 80s/90s, so they found it a bit uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out of the seats. The rest of us were okay though, so as long as you don’t have any motility issues you’re probably fine. We also tried to do laundry our last evening before going home, and the drier was taking over 3 hours to dry one small load. We had an early flight so we ended up just putting the damp clothes in our suitcase because we couldn’t stay up any longer. So if you need to do laundry, just make sure you don’t wait until the last minute like we did! Like I said though overall they were very small issues that would not prevent us from staying again!
