Great views of intercoastal waterway. Great location for beaches access. Unit was very clean and cozy. Condo is older and in need of some minor repairs to be corrected. Would happily stay there again. Management Company (Sandy Beaches) is first rate. Have used them before and they always deliver.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Bahia Vista 8-212. The condo had a perfect view of each evenings sunset. The facility was well equipped and very quit at night. We would consider this condo for future visits.

Great Sunset Views

This property is well equipped, nicely decorated and in the great Isla Del Sol neighborhood. The amazing sunset viewing every night is a plus. Close to St Pete Beach and many good restaurants makes it a perfect spot for a getaway.

My stay was great. Only complaint was a loud refrigerator and you could hear the pool filter from the master bedroom when trying to sleep at night

Excellent property!

The reservation process and check-in were very easy. Property was just as it looked the pictures. Nice and clean, bright, great view! It was fun to watch the boats go by and the dolphins swimming near shore. Highly recommend this property. We were very pleased.

Great place to stay

The property was clean and in good condition. The comunication was easy. Geat location. The Pool and view was great. The only inconvinience were that the blinders didn’t closed well and the light came in. We had an amazing stay and definitely would like to Stay there again.

St Pete getaway

Dated interior , nice balcony pool water views sunset. Not throughly cleaned, carpet dirty, main bed mattress the worse. Worn cabinets etc. stocked kitchen newer stove fridge. Supplies as described. Bring all stuff coffee filters to laundry detergent. Complex and area very well maintained and nice.

We loved this location.

We loved this location. Can't beat the westward, waterway-bridge-and-sunset-facing view. Negatives are some poor maintenance issues (stuck windows, broken screen) which management did respond to. Very dated decor, and other units I've rented have usually provided a few useful items like beach towels. However — the location, view, convenient location and Isla del Sol amenities (pool, mini-beach, miles of walking paths) make this an excellent winter escape spot. ***Maintenance repaired the stuck windows and broken screen***

Fabulous Experience!!!

This property was ideal for our needs. The lay out was great, the balcony view was fabulous, the walk to the beach & pool was perfect, ground/pool maintenance was fantastic, staff was very helpful, and other guests were extremely friendly. In spite of one bad review regarding the supposed uncomfortable primary bedroom matress, it was firm, perfect for us. Simply a matter of personal preference. Both baths were very spacious as well. One minor drawback was my reported dirt spots on the bedroom carpets and the tile throughout could have been a bit cleaner. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out so I simply wore my Vionic "flip flops" in the home while I was there. Overall, I give this unit and the leasing staff top ratings for top notch service. I'll be back next year!! Thank you all!!

Inconveniente

Para empezar no pudieron ir ellos a abrir el agua hasta al siguiente día de llegar por foto nosotros tuvimos que abrir el agua. El departamento tiene camas terribles en cuanto a tamaño y comodidad. pedimos varias veces toallas para la Alberca y nunca nos las pudieron llevar mala atención

Thank you for your feedback Isaac. You booked last minute during the height of a storm. I notified you immediately after you booked that this was the case and that they would need to turn the water on. It was your wife and I talked to her extensively! She said we saved the day and was so happy to have a place. I also advised you that if she needed help we could send someone out. We had someone in the area that day. I did not get a response and she did not ask when I talked to her the day of check in. She then called the next day and I walked her through turning on the water. By condo association rules we have to turn the water off in between guests based on length of vacancy. She never mentioned pool towels to me when I spoke to her over 2-3 days. If she spoke to someone in our office I suppose that is possible. However, there are not pool towels provided for any unit in that area and is not advertised with pool towels. We provided amazing service and I talked to your wife every time she called which was multiple times. Never once was she unhappy.

Cozy

Although we didn’t spend much time in the actual condo, we certainly enjoyed being there. It was just big enough for me, my husband, 2 daughters and my mother to have enough room and not feel on top of one another. Beautiful view which made me love it even more! The interior could use a little update but that was my only complaint!
