When we arrived on the night, we found long hairs, dirty marks and blood marks on the quilt covers. It was absolutely disgusting. When we complainted to the management, the lady who answered the call say to us that they were quite happy with the cleaners' work and we have different difintion towards 'disgusting'? Under such covid19 circumstances, we can't believe this words from the property management and they did not even try resolving the problem but to hook the cleaners who did not do the job right. We visited the village so many times and never seen such a terrible cleaning work as well as unresponsive management. Will never book from this property again.

Thank you for your comments. We are saddened to hear about the standard of the sheets and the lack of response by our property management team,. We fully understand your concern in regards to the sheets with the arrival of COVID-19 in our world.
We listen to all comments made by our guests and will address them with our team to ensure they do not happen again. We regret that you will not be booking this property again. However, understand the reasons why. We hope that your experience does not prevent you from visiting the Snowy Mountains again.
