This chic, beach side apartment is located directly opposite the patrolled Beach, Cafes/Shops, Skate bowl & Park of Coolum Beach.
With tasteful beachy stylings, air conditioning and ocean views, this apartment is ideal for a relaxed beach side holiday.
Enter to open plan living, dining and kitchen with a north east facing balcony.
The master bedroom also has access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is down the hall along with the main bathroom which has a separate toilet. There is also a European style laundry.
Enjoy a refreshing drink or relax with a book from the extra large north east balcony whilst taking in the views of the ocean. There is a pool in the complex for guests use.

Great holiday unit. The kitchen is amazing everything you need. The living area is spacious leading out to the balcony which is also spacious. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Great location, lovely place with everything you need. Telstra phone service was terrible in the apartment however, and there was no wifi - this was the only downside.

Excellent location for beach inspired unit
Location is great to leave the car and walk; however, do not expect an allocated car park for your vehicle. There is not one; nor is there wi-fi. The unit itself is furnished to reflect the beach location and quite adequate for a small family holiday. The balcony is great and extends the unit space. Cleanliness was wanting when we stayed. Shutters in 2nd bedroom had not seen a duster and the balcony needed a good clean. We spent 40 minutes cleaning the balcony, found clothes in the washing machine and thought that the balcony garden needed some TLC. This suggested that the cleaning service needs extra time to ensure the unit is ready for guests and some attention to the outside balcony would enhance the overall appeal. We did enjoy our stay and found the management service attentive.
