This double split-level has open plan living, dining and kitchen with a northeast balcony on the central level, master suite above and two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry on the lower level. A space for everyone to enjoy, supplemented by a grassy outdoor area and the pool. Small lock up garage for a single car plus extra parking space in front of the garage.

Perfect place for a beach holiday

Spent Easter week at the place. Everything was just perfect. It’s a beautiful beach townhouse. Short stroll to the surf.

Great place just a few issues.

Bottom bedrooms could do with blockout curtains, sunrise shines straight into your eyes. Steps leading to bottom floor. Back of first step has a metal backing and if by chance your heels scrapes it, you a hopping for a while. have taken photo if you would like to see. Ants were a problem. Could leave nothing on bench for longer than a couple of minutes. Ants on floor at end of table when we arrived, had to spray floor.

We found this property was good value and a great location. The only neg. things are the garage is too small for most cars and there is no aircon in this unit but overall a very roomy comfortable place with great views as well.

An old lady with an excellent location

Renovated bathrooms are excellent. Furniture is functional, but some items need replacing. View is superb. Must be up for climbing stairs and steep driveway.

Great spot.

Beautiful location, beaches are lovely. The apartment fitted our family of 5 well with everything we needed in close proximity. Will definitely stay here again.
