The layout was great. Location was perfect for the beach and dining. Aircon and fans. kitchen was very well provided with all needed. BBQ area was great.
Overall value for money but up grade all matters relating to beds and lounge the most unforgivable on your spine and lower back the worst I have come across using holiday home all guests agree with me
This unit is neat, tidy and thoughtfully appointed. Great for a couple. Unfortunately, noise from the unit below significantly travels up into this unit - their deck and entertaining area are right below the main bedroom. Although the guests downstairs were just going about their holiday business (ie no unreasonable behaviour), closing of doors, TV and general living noise was very disruptive for sleeping.
We have stayed here before, prior to unit 3 being finished and loved our stay then. Unfortunately it is just too noisy for us now.
We enjoyed staying in the cute older style beach shack. It was clean and everything we could want was there. It was great being able to holiday with our dog too.

Plenty of Room
We booked for 5 days stayed for 4, accommodation was comfortable but was quite hot inside the unit which has 2 good sized queen beds and 1 single bed on a closed in verandah, kitchen, bathroom/laundry and 1 toilet. The apartment is not serviced so although the beds have mattress protectors and doonas, linen and towels need to be hired or take your own. There is a nice entertaining patio with a BBQ, the kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve a meal. The pantry has tea bags, Moccona coffee and raw sugar and some long life milk (enough for 2 teas or coffee). Car parking is not under cover and not sealed, car got covered in leaves and bird droppings. Older people would have difficulty climbing the stairs to the unit (I am over 80 and my wife over 75, quite fit, still had difficulty carrying bags up and down). Close to the bowling club and the town centre.

Unfortunately at this time of year it does get quite warm in the properties, as listed this property only has fans in each room.
All of our properties do not supply linen, every guest is required to bring their own or they can hire it out at our local Laundromat. This is quite easy to obtain, just ask and we can supply the contact details to organize this for your stay in Evans Head.
That's great you enjoyed using the facilities accompanied with the property.
Evans Head First National supply complimentary Holiday bags with these little extras to make your stay that little bit more welcoming.
This property does state it has on street parking and if you require a one set property we can assist you for finding the right holiday accommodation to suit your needs.

Very clean and tidy and great location!
Loved the property and the location, except for the fact there was no air cond in the living area. Was quite stuffy in that room as not a lot of flow through breeze in there. Also my avareage height teenage son found the single bed is very short in length!

Lovely beach shack!
We had a great time at 1/5 Wattle St. The unit has been fully renovated and is thoughtfully furnished and appointed - absolutely everything we could have needed for our stay was provided, from heaters to hair straighteners! Loved the beautiful deck. Would highly recommend.
