Sit back, enjoy a cuppa, check the surf daily and watch the whales go by during the annual migration, all from the comfort of this premium property. Superbly positioned to take advantage of the North facing aspect & breathtaking panoramic ocean views, this holiday house is a favourite. Less than 400m to Razorback Lookout, Shark Bay Beach & Evans River you will love being so close to the water.

Having undergone an extensive renovation, the upper level features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with expansive views over the ocean, 3 bedrooms and main bathroom. Downstairs you will find a second living/rumpus space with 2 Queen bed pods, and a 4th bedroom with queen bed. A new bathroom, laundry & kitchenette are also on the ground level making it ideal for multiple families to holiday together. (Please note, the access to the second level is via an external ramp) The yard is a great size for kids' to play and enjoy and also plenty of room to park your tinny down the side of the house.

Please note this property is not pet friendly.

Relaxing family holiday

Very comfortable and clean house with amazing views x Lots of room for a large family with seperate upstairs and downstairs spaces for different age groups. We thoroughly enjoyed our week with plenty of local walks and drives to nearby beaches. The local RSL and Hotel Illawong were great for evening meals and free bbq’s at the lookout were in very close proximity to the house. Will definately stay again x

Light bulbs? Grass? Don’t stretch yourselves

I’m of the belief light should have working bulbs, grass in the barren back yard should be less than 50cms tall, doors should not be peeling. The photos are very very cleverly taken. It’s a lovely loungeroom area with a view with the most basic plain house and bedrooms tacked on the back. The access to downstairs is external and shabby. The back yard is a yard with grotty filthy concrete and long unkept grass. It is far from worth the money.the view was the redemption, it’s almost 3 weeks since our occupancy and no sign of the bond that should have supposedly taken a week

What a view

We had a lovely stay at the property, the view is amazing. Property is located away from the central area of Evans Head but there is a walking track across the road which takes you down to the river. A lovely lookout is also within walking distance. The property was clean and tidy with lots of seating areas in the main living area of the house, the beds were comfortable and the property was well stocked with cooking implements and other items you would need. The only negatives about the property for us were outdated wardrobes in upstairs bedrooms, lacking of comfortable seating (bench seats, stools etc, a proper dining table would be preferred), inside BBQ cooking not ideal, fridge would be handy downstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property especially for large groups.

Fantastic views!

The home is beautifuly furnished with plenty of kitchen appliances for a comfortable stay. My only negative would be that it would sleep 4 adults comfortably but definitely not 8 adults.
