Panorama is a uniquely designed home with a panoramic 180-degree view of the ocean. This whimsical 2-story octagonal home features a reverse floor plan with the bedrooms on the lower half of the home, and main living space upstairs. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this vacation rental is spacious enough to accommodate up to 4 guests. You will spend your day walking the grassy meadows and oceanfront bluffs. Stengel Beach and Shell Beach are a short distance away. You will have access to 2 parking spaces for their vehicles.

Upon entering the home and using the staircase to the main floor, a cavernous space awaits with hardwood flooring, vaulted open beam ceilings, expansive windows with ocean views, and an open floor plan. The living room is furnished with plenty of seating options placed in front of a Smart TV (no cable, please log into your own accounts). A DVD player and high speed fiber optic WIFI are provided for your entertainment. A wood stove is in the corner for setting a cozy ambiance at night. A half guest bathroom is tucked away around the corner.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast island. 5 seats are placed at the breakfast bar creating dining space and an ideal way for guests to keep a conversation going with the chef in the kitchen. When dinner is hot and ready to be served, call your guests over to the dining table with seating for 6. Doors to the balcony are also located in this corner. Step outside and unwind in the lounge chairs. This is a great spot to watch a breathtaking sunset disappear behind the Pacific Ocean.

Downstairs holds the 3 bedrooms. The master bathroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed facing out to the blue ocean. There is also a walkout to a small patio. The first guest bedroom similarly has a Queen-size bed and walk out to a patio. The second guest bedroom is suitable for housing the kids as it has two Twin-size beds. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs. One has a walk-in shower. The second has a shower/tub combo.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.

The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool, tennis and golf are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.

- Due to the proximity of the ocean and bluff, this home is not suited for children. The minimum age limit for this unit is 18 years old. Adults only please.
