Located on the 3rd floor of Cowes (Lift access) most popular apartment block, "The Waves" is this well presented spacious studio apartment offering great water views from your own private North facing balcony. FREE WIFI - NOT PET FRIENDLY Enjoy the north facing/beach view from the balcony while watching the Sunset or simply just sit back, relax and watch the world go by. Step inside to an open plan kitchenette/sleeping area with 2 king single beds. The kitchenette area has a fridge, microwave and ceramic cook top. The lounge area has couches, TV and Queen Size bed. The bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet & corner spa bath. There is secure underground parking for one car under the office. LINEN IS SUPPLIED FOR ALL BOOKINGS. Sleeps 4 max. Entrance/kitchenette - 2 x king single beds Lounge with TV - 1 x queen bed
GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property. Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

We had a lovely short stay in Cowes, the apartment is clean and very well appointed, the kitchenette had everything we needed, the location by the beach is great, and we spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony relaxing. For us (oldies) Cowes out of season was perfect, with a lot of amenities, restaurants etc but not too crowded. (We arrived by ferry, it would have been nice to be able to pickup and leave keys directly at the Waves instead of having to go to the office. And there was a lot of admin correspondence, perhaps just a bit too much. But these things were not important.)
On entry terrible smell as a dirty BBQ was left in the main sleeping and lounge area.
Stench was unbearable had to leave balcony door open the whole time. Lots of air freshener spraying. Couches all stained, doona cover stained.
The property had everything you could need.
A bit of clutter of 2 fans, not sure why as there was air conditioning. Box under bench with vacuum cleaner that didn’t work. Balcony was dirty on arrival as well, we had to sweep up and wipe things down.
We still enjoyed the location, not so much our accommodation.
We did receive a small refund, but the welcoming was disappointing, who leaves a dirty BBQ in a closed apartment.

Pago was an amazing help before and during our stay. She was able to change my accomodation last minute to something more suitable for my 90 year old grandmother to access. Luckily this was picked up by her, otherwise she wouldn't have made it up the stairs of the place I had originally booked.The apartment was beautiful with ocean views and had everything you need. Right across from the beach. There were markets across from us on the Saturday.We had a lovely stay :)

Lovely unit in a great location across from the beach. The unit is very spacious with bright daecour and has a terrific balcony over- looking the park and beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Love to come back.
Easy check in, apartment nice and clean and recently updated with gorgeous new artwork, furniture, linen, plants etc... we have stayed here 1-2 times a year for the last 5 or so years and we will keep coming back. Beautiful views, spacious balcony, underground parking and only a 2 minute walk to the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants.

The place was just perfect, the photos really don't do it justice at all, there were so many things like little snacks, toilet paper and just simple stuff to cook that was already there, it's the small things that really matter. Worth every bit of money spent!
This apartment was in a great location close to town & pubs, and the view of the beach was magnificent. The bed was comfortable, there was no noise from the main road, there was many condiments available for us to use (we didn’t).
Negatives - fridge had food particles on the shelf, couch the same, around TV dusty. Microwave didn’t work until turned off then on again. Overall, I would recommend the apartment due to the view & the location. Thanks very much.

Great views
Happy with the apartment although it was privately owned the staff at the waves were not helpfull at all with us. We had a situation where the dog from the next door unit got into our balcony and urinated there as well i approched the staff didn't want to know about it in other words it was my problem i asked some questions on arrival about some things of the apartment they tell us nothing to do with us read instruction that are there bit rude as well i will probably have to think twice before i stay there again

Fantastic Location!
We had a very relaxing 4 night stay at 340. It has everything we needed, we spent a lot of time on the balcony, the ocean views are great.We will be back.
