Amazing 3 bdrm Strip View Luxury Condo! No Resort Or Parking Fees!

The Space

Classic Ceaser's Palace suite motif furnished, Comfy Beds, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen. Walk to Strip, close to shopping, freeway, airport, bus stop. Rio, Gold Coast and Palms casinos are across the complex. Newly painted complex. Best location for WSOP! There is supply of all items needed to live in house including cleaning supplies. Just bring your tooth brush! Free wifi, cable & all utilities are included in rental. Initial toilet paper provided.

There are 3 Queen size beds in each bedrooms and 2 versa floor mats that allows 8 guests. The mats are perfect for short term stay and are camping style in comfort.

Right in the heart of town with easy access to complex.

Getting Around

Freeway close. Bus Stop nearby. Casinos also offer complimentary shuttle to Strip. Airport is also fairly close.

Other Things to Note

You will love the unit and location. It is on second floor. There are no elevators. Unit has private balcony with stunning views of the strip to enjoy a morning coffee or dining. This is a non smoking unit including the balcony. If you throw cig buds in complex you will be fined. Sorry, my last tenant set my unit of fire with his cig bud. All names of occupants will be required.

Great location, views and quiet complex!

The place was great. Clean, affordable, close to the strip. Three full bedrooms with two full baths. I diffently recommend using this condo.

Information was deceptive. Was not walking distance to strip.

Non-smoking, however ashtray full of ashes was in condo!☹️Surprised that washer was going when arrived and had so much of owners personal clothes hanging in laundry room and drawers, with dirty laundry and stuff piled in laundry food was in frig and cabinets. We did not cook or eat in condo. We only slept, showered and dressed there. Bed comfortable however dust in fake plants triggered my asthma aalong with smoke from ashes) Views were nice from balcony but false that strip was in walking distance. Spent lots on Uber when we thought we would be able to walk to strip.

I’m sorry that the place did not meet your expectations. I offered to remove the food. You had declined. Many of my guests have walked to strip. It’s a 20 min walk. HomeAway informed me that your reservation had been cancelled. I was planning to stay there myself. I rushed out of the unit to make place for you. The towels were washed and hanged on rack to dry. I live there part time and leave my clothes in unit. There was more than plenty space for your stay. Please note that you had booked your stay during a high price week. You had a bargain for six occupants. You could have cancelled your reservation if it was a health issue. I cleaned the unit myself and am a non smoker. I did not see a astray full. I can’t stand the smell of cigarettes. I disagree with your review. The condo is on different website and earns 5 star.

Great place and hospitality

Stayed here while attending the SEMA car show. Kiran was very responsive and his place was excellent and as advertised. There's an Uber stop in the complex and it's not far out to the bus to get you to the strip. Would go there again in a minute.
