Location was great and it was gated which made us feel better. The security people were awesome. The cleaning people do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place. You must rent a car otherwise it is hard to get around.

The unit was clean, not far from the strip. Walking would be about 15 minutes. By car it was no time at all. Beds were comfortable, coffee available, utensils and glassware all there. Pool area was nice and pleasant. Property manager was responsive and helpful when contacted. Would gladly stay here again.

If you’re looking to be near the strip but don’t want to pay high hotel rates, this is the location for you. Short Uber ride to strip and walkable to Palms and Rio. This place was perfect for me and my friends and so affordable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

We actually never entered the property as we did not receive the code to enter the property. It is misleading in the ad that the property never mentions three flights of very steep stairs. I will say the crew that works at the gate are awesome and so very nice. They went out of their way to help us try to reach the owner which didn't happen but they tried.

Cute place, clean, and the pool and hot tubs looked wonderful. We didn’t get to use them as it was a shorter trip but would definitely stay there again. Initially I was concerned about the location because the condos were gated with security who were in tactical gear and clothing and some condos had bars on their windows but we never felt unsafe once.

We travelled with our adult children- everyone had their own room. Close enough to walk to the strip if you want (20-30 minutes) or uber $15-20. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool. Easy check in process.

Great spot for conferences

We stayed here for a conference and it was a great spot and saved us a ton of money. The place was large, comfy, quiet and clean. I can't speak to vacation stays, but for a conference when most of the hotels prices are skyrocketing. This was ideal. Highly recommend.
