The check in process couldn’t have been easier. The security guard at the entrance was very nice and had us through the gate super fast. Parking was plentiful. The rooms were clean and tidy. We never heard the neighbors but they might have been vacant. I would stay again.

We really enjoyed this stay. We were in town for a concert and, while it was just strip, it was a great location. Just a short Uber from wherever you want to go. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The home was very clean when we arrived. Spacious and felt very comfortable staying there. If you plan on staying off the strip, the home is not too far from the strip so driving is pretty easy. Host was quick in responding when I had questions. Overall a wonderful stay, would recommend and book again.

Place was cool temps, decorations were fun. Felt like home. Parking attendant that was the regular one gave us trouble every time we came and went. Even when taking Ubers. Threatening us with parking fines if we didn’t have the right pass, but the pass we had was issued by that same guard house the night before. We paid to be there and we still were hustled every time.

Location was great and it was gated which made us feel better. The security people were awesome. The cleaning people do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place. You must rent a car otherwise it is hard to get around.

The AC was broken when we arrived, so it was 94 degrees inside (and 110 outside). The host did a great job of messaging us back and forth and trying to get the AC repaired asap. In the end, the AC could not be repaired in time for us to use the unit for our short trip, but it was a beautiful, clean unit (on the 3rd floor, no elevator) with lots of room and well decorated. The host was great and refunded our money since we couldn't use the unit due to the AC issue.

The unit was clean, not far from the strip. Walking would be about 15 minutes. By car it was no time at all. Beds were comfortable, coffee available, utensils and glassware all there. Pool area was nice and pleasant. Property manager was responsive and helpful when contacted. Would gladly stay here again.

Place was amazing. Close to the strip. Owner was very communicative. I’m a planner and asked a lot of questions and the responses were quick. I would definitely recommend this place.
