All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

4 th of July Vacation

Rooms were great but we stayed 3 nights , 4 people and there was only 1 rag and towel per person for 3 nights and 4 days. Luckily we brought extra.

Could have been decent, but….

Unfortunately the dirty carpets throughout, the blood-stained pillow shams and old bedding ruined any hope of enjoying this stay. I expected it to be “older” based on the photos, which would have been fine, but I couldn’t get past those things, plus the back sliding door lock was broken and didn’t function. Honestly, some new carpets (or just tearing out the old and throwing down some cheap linoleum) and some new pillows and bedding would make this property a perfectly lovely stay. Its location is excellent (despite some new construction going on) and the check in/checkout was super easy. So much potential but it needs a few upgrades. The kitchen is perfectly clean and had lots of kitchenware. The bathrooms were also clean and functional. Living area was older, but clean and had nice recliners. I just wish the carpets and bedding were clean. It’s such a basic necessity.

Great location.

We loved the location and the rooms. The only issue we had was with the queen bed. The mattress was so stiff my wife and I had trouble sleeping on it. If it was my location and I didn’t want to replace the mattress, I would at the very least add a good pillow top.

Spacious Unit with Great Golf View

Check in and out was very easy. This unit was clean, comfortable and met our expectations. We would definitely rent again.

A quiet place to rest your head

Check-in took awhile as noone was at the desk in the activity center. Online listing stated a washer/dryer were provided in unit but weren't. When I arrived toilet was full of urine/toilet paper and seat was up.

STAYING AT SEA TRAIL

My husband and I vacationed here in the month of January. The accommodations were nicely decorated, bright, comfortable, clean and affordable. Nice screened in porch to enjoy a meal, glass of wine, read a book or just hang out and relax. The location could not be better, right on the golf course. In addition to golfing, tennis courts, pool, jacuzzi and restaurants were right on the premises. Minutes away from one of the best beaches in NC, Sunset Beach. If you’re looking for serenity and/or a slice of heaven this is it. We will definitely be coming back.
