All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Nice Getaway!

Overall, this is a good property to stay. Excellent location, exactly how the pictures show and love the spacious suite. I love the elevators on the property. We will stay again.

Short Weekend Trip

We spent a short weekend here. The place was great for us, very clean, no complaints. Had more stuff in the kitchen to use for cooking and eating then other places we have been too. Very close to Sunset Beach and Calabash. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Family Retreat

This property was exactly what we needed. We had very minimal in-person interaction with the property owner but communication was good via text and email leading up to our arrival, the day of our arrival and prior to departure. Communication was also clear and we were provided a number to call or text with nay concerns. The unit was quiet and hidden but central to everything we wanted to do. Would recommend this property to others.

Nice condo, great night sleep!

Spacious condo, very comfortable beds, overall we enjoyed our stay. Please be aware that the cookware and cooking utensils are way below basic. If you enjoy cooking, or prefer to use a whisk or rubber spatula, you need to bring your own items. (The whisk provided was an extreme mini version and unusable due to rust.) If you don’t intend to cook beyond the toaster and microwave I recommend this lovely condo. Also, if this matters to you, the TVs are not smart TVs, so no streaming Netflix, etc.

Poor Management Company

VRBO...Vacation Rentals By Owner? This unit was lovely and I would stay there again. However, the Management Company is horrible. We were the only ones staying in this unit for the entire month of December and January. Do you think we could have gotten in a minute early? I was given a non existent phone # by Sandy to call Toni. When doing so the person who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. She did try to help by texting someone(?) to help. No response at all. 24 hours later, still nothing. I know my travel plans have nothing to do with this computer generated management company. Just take note in case you ever want to deal with a person, this is not the place to stay.

Disappointed

We stayed in this Condo last year. There was quite a difference in quality this year when we returned. I wonder if the owners are aware. Upon our arrival we found the screened porch to be filthy. This includes the table, the ceiling fan, and the carpet. There was a chair on the porch that was completely unsafe to sit in as it was broken. Shortly came to find out the coffee table inside was also broken, there was no working light bulb in the fan over the stove. The management company came the following day to clean the porch and remove the chair, but the coffee table was not fixed or removed. We were also disappointed to find out that we could not use the Champions pool…but other renters had a pass to use it. And we were mislead regarding a golf cart rental as well. We were told it was not allowed to be parked in the Champions parking lot but found out other renters had theirs parked there. This is a great condo….but we likely will not stay here again.

Awesome location and room!

Condo is great! Weather was so nice and we were able to get to get to the beach in just a few minutes! Best park is it right near the clubhouse and restaurant so you can walk over for a quick bite! Definitely would stay here again.
