Central family-sized home – a block from Gordon Beach!
A welcoming home away from home, in a tranquil little street just a block away from the beach and the shops, cafes, shuls and public transport of Ben Yehuda.
All three bedrooms are a good size – master double bedroom with its own private bathroom and extra single bed, double room and twin room share main bath. The main sofa has a pull-out bed as well, so the flat can sleep up to 9 people in total.
As well as a/c, there are ceiling fans in each room, linens and towels are provided, and there are all sorts of goodies such as beach toys, DVDs, board games, and everything you need to host a nice big dinner party.
There is off-street parking, fully stocked and equipped kosher kitchen, equipment for Shabbat-observant guests, and a lift giving step-free access to the apartment. Flexible check-in/out.
This is not a holiday apartment, so it is more for people looking for a functioning home with all its mod cons than a sterile environment.

What makes this property unique
Location, location, location... the beach is 100 yards one way, the first and still best supermarket in all of central Tel Aviv is 50 yards the other, along with great cafes, bars, useful amenities, a city bike stand, buses to everywhere etc.
Because this is my actual home, you will also find every mod con you might expect in your own, from board games to shoe polish to a printer to a waffle iron to beach toys and towels. Just ask - I probably have it.
