Every sleeping area has a television, and there’s lightning-fast wifi throughout the home. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost. The Ponce Landing complex’s grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.

A wonderful stay for our weekend getaway.

We loved this property! A few steps from the beach and pool! The unit had everything we needed to cook, there was plenty of room to spread out and we appreciated the chairs that came with it. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a great place for the beach and pool which the kids loved and not too far from St Augustine. Owner is fast to answer any questions. Very clean and comfortable.

Great for families

This was our first time renting a townhouse and the whole experience was great. Perfect location and just overall a good place in a great town. None of the hassle of condos that we had previously stayed in and plenty of room for everyone, even little kids. Very accessible and a very chill community overall. I highly recommend this location and host.
