Wonderful house and wonderful owner

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) had lots of room to spread out in this well-appointed home. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, etc. and with basic ingredients for cooking if you want to. The location in the heart of Surf City was great so we could walk everywhere.

Accurate listing. Steps from the beach with a pool!

Property owner/manager very responsive. A note was sent to inform him of minor issues so he would be able to take care of these things for next renter. ( ie lightbulbs needing replacement) A handyman was sent the very next morning to take care of everything mentioned.

Great beach location but..

Excellent location and beautiful home. Close to the beach and to restaurants and activities. Plenty of room for our large family. Unfortunately upon arrival the house was not clean at all. The floors were covered in sand, dust and hair from the previous renters. We were told by the owner if we weren’t happy we could get in our cars and go home.

We have been vacationing on the Island for the past 12 years. We decided to purchase our first house in Surf City in 2017, and loved being there so much that we decided to build a new one last summer.
We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This is a great property located on the Beach block in the center of town.
The house is new construction, and carefully appointed based on what we found we needed when looking for a weekly rental with a couple of other families.
Gather another family or two and make some amazing memories!
