The gourmet kitchen features state-of-the art appliances along with ice machine and wet bar, brand new stainless steel Lynx grill, home office/den includes high speed wireless internet with limitless connections, printers, fax and copy machine. Enjoy the home theater featuring new 1080 Progressive High Definition 56" TV with high definition cable service and private library of over 200 DVD's. Five oceanfront decks, community pool & tennis available. Tenant to pay Community Recreation Fee of $250.00 per week. NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Occupancy limit of 10 strictly enforced.
