Overall a nice apartment with benefit of excellent facilities and ideally located to visit the local amenities of Les Praz. Chamonix centre is roughly a 20 min walk away. Pros - very clean and comfortable - nice view of the mountains across the lake - spa area - good access to Flagere ski area Cons - VERY small TV - limited sunshine period (2-3hrs) to balcony during winter months

Nous avons trouvé un appartement chaleureux et très bien équipé à la décoration soignée. Tout y est ,c'est la première fois que nous louons un appartement ou tout était à disposition, produits ménagers, savon, sel, poivre, sucre, thé, café ect.... et une délicate attention nous avait été déposé à notre arrivée. Donc nous avons vraiment eut le sentiment d'être chez nous comme à la maison, il ne manquait rien. Nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Max et Carolina qui nous ont vraiment facilité à l'accès de toutes les commodités de la résidence. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette écrin de verdure, prendre notre petit déjeuner au soleil face au mont-blanc et au petit plan d'eau. Et s'il fait un peu frais, pas d'inquiétude une lampe chauffante est à disposition sur la terrasse, le grand luxe... Pascale et Olivier
