**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Pointe Santo has been welcoming guests since March 2025, however, please expect repair and recovery efforts to still be happening on the property during your stay. There will be work trucks on site and possible noise during daylight hours. The tennis courts, pool and hot tub are open (as of 4/25 the hot tub is not heated, but we expect that to be corrected soon) and elevators are working (but cannot be guaranteed). All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is fully open with some traffic delays coming on/off the island.**

Enjoy preparing meals in the large, open, newly updated kitchen cabinets with granite counters and new stainless-steel appliances. The owner provides a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The guest room has a queen- and twin-size bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests, and is just a few steps away from the updated guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The owner provides smart TVs in each room, an in unit washer/dryer, and beach chairs and an umbrella on the private lanai for your convenience.
From your 4th floor screened lanai, you can enjoy gulf breezes and views over the tropical lagoon (still under repair), heated pool, and hot tub. Enjoy a casual picnic using the gas BBQ grills around the lagoon, strike up a match on the tennis/pickleball courts, or try your luck at a game of shuffleboard (currently not open). Pointe Santo de Sanibel has 141 units situated in a U-Shape looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. All buildings have an elevator (the elevators have been repaired post Ian; however, we cannot guarantee they will always be working). Currently there is an "open parking policy" (spots are not assigned).
