"Seaside Dream" at the beautiful, nearly new Seven C's Condominiums offers everything you could desire for your perfect getaway. This condo is located on the 3rd floor, right on the oceanfront, providing fantastic views of the ocean, beach, and pool. It is the only condo at Seven C's that features an oceanfront master bedroom, allowing you to wake up to the stunning beauty of the Atlantic Ocean.

The modern kitchen has been updated for 2025 with new countertops, a deep double kitchen sink, and new tile backsplash with freshly painted cabinets, and equipped with stainless steel appliances, is the heart of this condo. It includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, as well as a large dining table for the entire family to gather and enjoy meals together. The spacious oceanfront balcony offers ample seating and a table, making it the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee made with the new dual-function Keurig Coffee maker or unwind with an afternoon beverage. Sit back and indulge in your seaside dream.

"Seaside Dream" has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. For entertainment, there are Smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, along with a Blu-ray player and access to Netflix in the living area. The condo comes stocked with plenty of books, games, and puzzles for family enjoyment.
The kitchen is well-equipped with various appliances, including a Ninja Air Fryer, a waffle maker, a George Foreman grill, a Panini maker, a slow cooker, and even a rice cooker.

Additionally, a wine cooler is provided. The condo is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. For 2025, the HVAC system has been replaced, a new water heater and brand-new ceiling fans. This property also includes a washer and dryer, access to an oceanfront pool, covered parking, and an elevator, and it is strictly non-smoking with no pets allowed. Wi-Fi and USB ports for charging phones are available as well.

Beautiful place!!!

Fantastic condo!!! We can’t say a bad thing about this place. The property managers were great at communicating. We received emails in the beginning and texts throughout the check in process. Building is close to everything you could need. Great place to stay at.

Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, just right!

The only disappointment was the living room furniture - the chairs needed ottomans and the sofa was not at all comfortable.

Perfect Stay at the Outer Banks!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The views of the beach from the balcony were amazing and the property is extremely close to anything you may need. There is a Publix across the street and multiple restaurants you can either walk to or quickly drive to. We felt extremely comfortable with the cleanliness of the condo - the owners/rental company goes above and beyond to ensure everything is thoroughly sanitized in light of COVID. The check in process was a breeze I even received a text from the rental company asking if I had made it in okay! 10/10 would recommend staying here for your outer banks vacation!
