Anna's Joye Chatham is located in the newly built gated community of Chatham Palms with 24 hour security, which is a stone's throw from the famous Jimmy Cliff Blvd otherwise know as the Hipstrip. the Hipstrip boast lots of shops and restaurants. There is the iconic Usain Bolt Tracks and Records (5 minutes walk) as well as a Starbucks which is about 7 minutes walk. Access to the beach is within walking . The famous Doctor's Cave is about 7 minutes walk. The apartment has 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned. Smart televisions with access to popular sports and news channels. There is high speed WiFi and regular cable television.

Funeral getaway

This property is like home away from home, the amenities is what was expected and the security was superb, the only thing that i don't like is the entry onto the main street, which can be fatal if you don't exercise enough caution getting out.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY A++

Im in Jamaica often and have stayed at multiple places. This is by far the best place if your not looking for all inclusive.. this is a hidden gem. Great location , walking distance from the strip, 5 mins from the airport, couple mins from dead end beach… the host was great, apartment modern, clean and welcoming. The community is safe & quiet. I did not want to leave lol. I hardly ever leave reviews but i had to do whats right. You wont regret your stay. Luv

Short and Sweet

The property owner contacted me to thank me for booking the place, and again a few days before we were expected to arrive. On the day of check-in she gave clear instructions about how to enter the property and even gave us early check-in. She check up on us during our stay with a friendly text message through the vrbo app. The two bedroom (2 bathroom) apartment was beautifully decorated, with good attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed (except the electric kettle didn't work). The entire place was clean as a whistle and extra towels were available in the linen closet. We appreciated all the little extras that made our stay much easier (soap, razors, shower cap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid and cleaning agents). The location was a short distance from Jamaica's best beach, Doctor's Cave and the famous hip strip. The beach has an entry fee, but it is well worth it. We had a wonderful, extremely comfortable stay.

Amazing Stay!!!!

Our in Montego Bay Jamaica was PERFECT!! The location was ideal as it is located right outside of Montego Bay’s infamous Hip Strip that’s home to some of the islands best attractions. Although the property is so close to all the action, it is located in an oasis, with 24/7 gated security, luxury and comfort. Simply put, the residence was a haven of tranquility in the middle of it ALL! The property was extremely clean, fully functional and included complete access to entertainment and essential amenities. There are Smart TV’s in all of the living and resting quarters, comfortable couches, chairs and beds and also included everything needed to cook with for dining in. The home comes with air condition, a private balcony, stylish functional décor, laundry capabilities and beautiful natural light. Also, the residents and other visitors of the complex’s community were so friendly and warming. We felt safe and secure at all times while on the property. Lastly, and most important, the owner Petronia was completely professional, kind, helpful and accommodating to my group. From our initial booking all the way to flying back home after our trip, she made our entire experience amazing and ensured 100% satisfaction!! She made check in/out extremely quick and easy and was always available for any questions we had. Her follow up and communication was perfect. I was never left feeling unsure or uninformed. She kept in great contact and made sure we knew everything we needed to know!!  I highly recommend booking, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you so much!!

Great stay

Stayed with my family here for a week. Communication with Miss Brooks was impeccable. She was always available for anything. The property is clean and quiet. There’s 24hr security and it’s in walking distance to restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. I’d definitely stay here again

I would recommend this property,very nice and modern. Beautiful community and neighbors. I really enjoyed having all the supplies needed for cooking. cleaning and toiletries. I would rent this proprety again without hesitstion. This property made my stay fantastic!
