It is a short stroll to the eclectic shops and restaurants of Downtown Sarasota or Marina Jacks. St Armand’s Circle and the Lido Key beaches are a pretty walk across the John Ringling bridge.

The condo has an open floor plan with a wide great room offering expansive views of the marina, city and the bay. The master bedroom features a king bed and the guest suite has two queen beds.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed for 3 months, and thoroughly enjoyed it. As advertised, the unit was newly renovated a few months earlier, and was nicely appointed and modern. Location right at the foot of the Ringling Bridge was excellent, although there was road noise, especially when the sliders were open. We enjoyed daily walks up to St. Armands circle, as well as downtown Sarasota. Our hosts Mark and Kristin Repp were attentive and responsive. We got to meet several neighbors in the building, and made good friends. Overall, a great place to stay!
