Hillside Haven- Weekly + Monthly Discounts Available!

In Chimney Hill, walking distance to the Clubhouse! This free standing home has everything you need to make the most out of your visit to the Green Mountains. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our multi-floor layout allows families to spread out, but still be under the same roof. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to make breakfast before grabbing the first chair at Mount Snow (15 minute drive). Enjoy all of the Chimney Hill amenities: pool, hot tub, gym, ice skating!

Wifi in the home.

The fireplace on the main floor has candles in it. These can be used by the renter, but the fireplace is not for burning wood.

Chimney Hill roads can be icy in the winter. It is strongly encouraged to have All-Wheel / 4-Wheel Drive with snow tires during the winter months.

Wonderful fall stay

Great stay with a group of friends. Everything as described, a well-stocked kitchen, easy access to Wilmington, beautiful weather and hills from the deck. A nice video and board game selection, as well as solid ping-pong fun - all had a great time. Thank you!!

The house met all our needs. The access to the clubhouse was a huge hit with our young grandchildren. We'd go back for sure.

Family ski weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Hillside Haven. We wanted to spend a weekend with our Adult Children and son/daughter-in-laws for a bit of relaxation and active fun. Colleen's home fit our needs/budget and allowed for a wonderful weekend, despite the skiing being cut short due to the Covid-19. Great location and home for those loving a Vermont Skiing experience. Thanks!

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Stay

We spent an extended "girls weekend" at this property. It had plenty of space to spread out and relax! Everything was supplied - from the abundance of kitchen ware to the extensive DVD collection and everything in between. It is literally right around the corner from the clubhouse which the kids in our group really enjoyed. Beautiful deck, gorgeous scenery... we hope to go back again in the future! Warm, cozy, fun, and snow!

Our recent experience at this property could not have been better. Group of us got to enjoy fresh snow while having a warm comfortable space to come back and relax at. We used the indoor pool and hot tub which was perfect for after the mountain and while at home we played many of the board games available as well as ping pong for most the stay. Recommend this property!

Great open layout

We rented the property for a quick weekend getaway with 3 adults and four grown children. The loft was great for the kids and the two bedrooms for adults was perfect. The open layout and plenty of seating was great for mealtimes. We also had plenty of room to play family games. We went skiing and there was plenty of room to store clothing and equipment.

Fantastic property

This property was just perfect. Great loft area for a kids slumber party and spacious other bedrooms. Ping pong table was a big hit! The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The entire house was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay on our moms and kids getaway. Colleen is super nice and responsive and definitely takes pride in the house.

Summer visit - Nice quiet home, with plenty of room for 7 of us. Used the community pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Close to the Wilmington town center as well.

We had such a nice time in this lovely Mt Snow home! The house is very clean, furniture up to date &comfortable & great layout for our large family! We loved having access to the community center for swimming,exercise & hot tubbing after skiing all day! We enjoyed staying in for dinner; the family has lots of beautiful dishes for guests use. Only thing missing was sitting by the fire at night!
