It was a great little cabin and loved that we could bring our pups. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We had to leave early due to incoming storm, but we enjoyed our stay otherwise.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 Wk stay at "Fiddlehead". The property is well located, convenient to Wilmington center, and very well equipped. It was a great base camp at which to enjoy the Vermont summer weather and from which to explore Vermont and Maine.
The arrived on the day a major snow storm was hitting the area. Robert was very accommodating in getting the house prepared for us and allowing us to check in early. The house was great and had every amenity. With the four bedrooms and 2 floors it was very spacious. The house is centrally located close to the town where there are many good restaurants. Its also not far from Mt Snow ski resort. Overall it was a great house in a great location and the host could not be more accommodating. I highly recommend this house and hope to come back again.
The property is as advertised and the Hosts are terrific! Great getaway. Many things to do close by the house but also great for just relaxing on the deck.
A beautiful home and very clean and was able to relax the enjoy a great experience with friends and family. And homeowners were in touch and very accommodating.

Thanks for being a wonderful guest--we're glad you enjoyed your stay in our home!
This was our second time here. It's a lovely, comfortable home in a nice spot near hiking trails right outside the center of Wilmington. The hosts are responsive and pleasant. The description is accurate. It's a really nice place.
We rented this house for all of Jan and Feb. It was perfect for our family of 5 plus friends and family overnight visitors. 4 min from downtown Wilmington and 12 min from the main base of mount snow. Bob was an excellent host - incredibly responsive and helpful at all hours. Would highly recommend!
We stayed for three nights over Christmas this year and could have not have chosen a more comfy & cozy place to stay! Truly felt like home, extra towels, very comfortable beds, a very warmly decorate place as well. The host was very quick to communicate and very friendly. Highly recommend!! No complaints at all!!

We felt welcomed into the quaint, charming ski cottage right away. Love the decor and VT mountain feel. It was the perfect place for our family to relax after skiing at Mt. Snow each day. Easy drive to/from the mountain. We would highly recommend. Special thanks to Bob, who was extremely helpful, and easy to reach, before and during the trip. Thank you for your hospitality!

We're glad you had a great time and you are welcome to come back any time!
This property was so CLEAN and had every amenity needed for our 4 night stay. Sheets, towels, blankets, fully stocked kitchen, wood for fire and plenty of extras (hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner/bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, board games and more). Owners were quick to respond to questions. The layout and location of this property were ideal for the 2 adults and 4 teens in our group. Great spaces to gather for game night or just hanging out and also close to Mt. Snow, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend! Thank you Bob and Teri - you have a beautiful home.

Thanks for being great guests! We would love to have you and your family back any time.
This is a lovely property in southern Vermont. We are very familiar with this area and have spent time at other properties nearby in the past. The house is beautiful, roomy, and quite comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for home cooking. The bedrooms are roomy and lovely. We have not one negative thing to say about the property. The owners communication was great and explanations and instructions clear and not at all onerous.
The surrounding area has trails and a nearby stream. The town of Wilmington is delightful.
We hope to be back.
All in all we had a great time for my husband and I, our daughter and her husband and kids, 10 and 4. The house worked out very well for us with a 1st floor queen bedroom and bathroom across the hall. The rest of the family were upstairs with their own bathroom. Everyone appreciated the gift of the pancake mix and maple syrup! There are plenty of plates and utensils which is especially handy since we ate every meal at home except for one. We also appreciated the many hooks in the house. We all enjoyed the clubhouse with the many activities. At first I was concerned that the pools were small for the number of households in Chimney Hill but there weren't that many people any day except for Saturday. And, even that day, there were plenty of chairs and space in the pools. Would definitely consider reserving again!
What a lovely place to stay for a three week ski trip! The house was even better than I expected. Clean, warm and so comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and so clean that I didn’t need to clean anywhere before unpacking our food for the trip! Plenty of pots/pans, silverware, dishes and appliances to do any type of cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and snowplowing came quickly after snowfall so that we could get to the ski slope for fresh powder. We traveled with two pups and getting in and out for walks was easy. The house is set up perfectly for winter, where we could easily shed our coats and boots while keeping the rest of the house warm and clean. We really loved the wood stove and firewood in the evening for Apres Ski. The town of Wilmington was fun to explore and has several good restaurants for dining out. Would definitely return here for a future trip.

We're glad you had a great time and you're welcome back anytime!
House was as advertised— a little rustic with some modern updates and comforts. Nice touches every where. Very thoughtful products in the home and even a welcome gift!! Fantastic location!!
The first thing I noticed about this property was how clean it was. Usually properties that allow pets have a bit of a smell but the hard flooring and furniture covers made it easy to keep things tidy. We visited in early April during Mud Season so we saw sun, rain, snow and sleet. The property served as a cozy place to hang out in bad weather or bask in the sun on the deck, while also offering quick access to town and nearby hiking. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and utensils so we could cook some meals while also enjoying the local restaurants. Some were closed for mud season until May, which was bit of a bummer but there was still a wide selection to choose from. We'd be glad to stay again in any season.
We loved this house. It was updated, clean, and a perfect size for myself and grown children. The house was well located and close to town and skiing. Teri and Bob were easy to deal with and responded to questions quickly. We’ll be back.
This cabin was the perfect place for our party of 6 to stay for a long weekend. There was more than enough communal space for everyone to hang out with two living rooms, a dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen was well-stocked with many utensils and cooking items. We also really appreciated the pancake mix and delicious maple cream that the hosts left for us- it was a very sweet touch! We enjoyed the fireplace, and it was nice that every room had its own thermostat to keep us warm on the chilly nights. Location was perfect- only a 3 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and a short drive to Mount Snow. Would highly recommend for large groups!
We loved everything about Fiddlehead! The home is lovely and the kitchen is super equipped. The layout is great and the pictures don ’t do justice, it’s so pretty. The beds were very comfy, the wood burning stove was used every day, and the areas around town were fun to visit! We would definitely stay here again. And Bob was wonderful to work with. Very accommodating. Perfect getaway for ski fun at Mt. Snow.
