Located just off the yellow route, and 1 mile from the strip, you are for sure to be close to anything or everything you want to do.

From the moment you enter our open floor plan, you will be greeted with wonderful natural light. Midtown Retreat, is a 1236 sq ft , 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-bedroom-condo, that will accommodate your group of 6 very comfortably.
Our fully stocked kitchen allows your group to come together for food and great conversation. Everyone can dine together at our dining room table that seats all six guests.
Kick your feet up in the living room with enough seating for everyone. Enjoy the double reclining sofa for movie night.
After your long day of Branson activities, curl up in one of our comfy beds in the king bedroom master suite, queen bedroom, or pull out sleeper sofa in the living area.
The private back patio has a table for outdoor dining or relaxation. Electric grill on back patio.
There is no need to pack lots of clothes because we have a washer and dryer is in the unit for your convenience. A Pack n Play and highchair are available as well.
Pick a lazy day to spend at the community outdoor pool, during season, enjoying some Branson sunshine.

The Greens At Thousand Hills is situated on Green Mountain Drive one block from the 76 Country Boulevard strip, making all of Branson s popular entertainment attractions easily accessible. Several restaurant and mini-golf options are available within walking distance, and a long walk or a very short drive will take you to Walmart and the Price Chopper grocery store for all your shopping needs as well as several fast (and fast casual) dining options. Further down the strip, you can dine with the horses at Dixie Stampede, enjoy a traditional Ozark country jamboree at the Presleys, see treasures from the deep at the Titanic Museum, witness the stories come to life at the Sight and Sound Theatre, or enjoy the talented shows of popular groups like The Haygoods, Six, The Duttons, and many more. You are also only a few minutes from the quaint, historic Downtown Branson and the adjacent (and happening) Branson Landing as well as world-class trout fishing in Lake Taneycomo. We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
