The house and yard are beautiful the flowers the trees and the canal are all so perfect this was a great house for me and my family for two weeks we enjoyed the pool the jacuzzi the indoor spa tub from the master bedroom to the kitchen everything was great and everything we needed was there

Wonderful stay

We had such a good stay. House was clean. House manager was very attentive. Answered our questions promptly when we had a question about how to hook up to the Bluetooth speaker by the pool. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Larson family get away!

We brought our kids and grandchild down to Capecoral and the property was just great! Laura the manager was so very helpful and was very quick to respond to questions! The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were able to extend our stay when Hurricane Helene snuck up on us and we felt very safe in the home. It is also close to many attractions and beaches. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Very Nice home in quiet neighborhood on canal

Except for having to contact Mgr about the pool needing to be cleaned after week 1 and some minor things such as picking up light bulbs, gas for grill, repairing hooks , our stay was perfect.

The house was ok. Needs updating Could use new furniture in living room 2nd bdrm needs new mattress Patio table and chairs should be updated and decorative lightening would enhance the lanai. Landscaping needs work. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A golfing group, house was nice for the time spent there, property manager was excellent and took care of any issues we had. Be sure to read the fine print about the extra charge for the the pool including the hot tub. We didn't use those amenities. All in all a comfortable stay, and we enjoyed the week.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home! From the minute we walked in it felt so peaceful! My family enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect and we loved the sound system throughout the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed! The only negative I had with this place was with the bolts sticking out at the bottom of the sliding door. Walking around barefoot, I smashed my pinky toe on one. It was a bloody mess, but it did not ruin any part of my stay!

Cape Coral Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. As we checked in, host contact was very informative & available 24/7 to assist, if necessary. Only a few minor issues came about....towel hooks in bathrooms were loose on walls; guest bathroom was locked, therefore, no entering home from or exiting to the pool area...had to put towels throughout on the tile floors; ghost ants seen in kitchen area at end of our stay, even tho we ensured to seal or refrigerate snacks/food; daily encountered a baby wasp in the guest bedroom...had to spray. All-in-all, nothing we could not handle and would stay again at this FL home. VERY NICE!

We loved the house, location and amenities. Having the option to heat the pool in February was a real hit with us all especially the grandkids. The house is spacious, comfortable and using the electronics and appliances were not complicated. Having the big flat screen outside was great for watching the olympics. Laura, who met us in the beginning and on the last day was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping us have an unforgettable vacation in Florida (from Germany) We would have loved to book the same house again for next year, but unfortunately looking at the prices for next year, they will have more than doubled which is out of our price range.

Amazing rental property with every amenity!

We stayed a week here with our three children. The home is a bit intimidating at first as it has so many upgrades and high end amenities. The property manager was very easy to work with and took the time to explain everything upon check in. The property is beautiful and very clean. We swam in the pool and fished off the dock every day. The plants and flowers in the yard are beautiful. There is a lemon tree but they weren’t ripe but a coconut fell and we did manage to crack it open and eat it. Fun for the kiddos to experience. The area is quiet and felt very safe. There are a number of fun things to do about 20 minutes in every direction from the house. We did go over on our electric allotment but we were fully aware of the cost and potential additional fee. Neighbors waved and were friendly. I would recommend bringing bug spray as the mosquitos were pretty bad in the back yard area and even in the screened in lanai. Also if you aren’t familiar with Roku TV Stick look into it before hand. We weren’t able to figure out how to watch the news or any live programming. We spent our time enjoying everything else the home had to offer so it wasn’t that big of a deal. We rent a different vacation property every year and this was probably our favorite one. If we vacation in the Cape Coral area again we will absolutely rent this home again! Loved it!

Das Haus war insgesamt schön. Besonders der Pool hat uns gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Viele Geschäfte um die Ecke und zu den Stränden in Ft. Myers, Sanibel etc. ca. 30 Minuten. Einige Möbel( Terasse) sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten unbedingt erneuert werden. Auch in den Küchenschränken wären mal heile Teller und Gläser schön. Für 5 Personen wäre auch etwas mehr Geschirr gut gewesen. Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand bezogen.Die Betreung vor Ort wurde von Laura sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Kompetent und immer sofort erreichbar. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

This was a fabulous home for our Christmas getaway! There were 5 adults and 2 littles and we had plenty of room for more! Everything was as pictured and very clean. The pool was perfect although ot did take a bit to heat up, but we were warmer than being in Ohio. So we didn't mind! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay! Pool and hot tub were wonderful!! The house was great for 6 of us... 4 adults 2 kids... we absolutely loved the walk in shower too! Only complaint — could use some more wash cloths— for six I had to wash them after every use.... we had everything we needed otherwise— the supplied beach towels were really appreciated since we accidentally left ours at home! We would definitely stay again!! Thanks for opening up your home to us!!

Relaxing property

My husband and I along with our 4 children (3 young adults ... 24, 22, 18 and one teen ... 13) stayed for a week, July 10-17th. The property is located in a residential area that appears to be a mix of permanent residents and vacation properties. It is located within close proximity to grocery stores, liquor stores, Target, fast food, etc. It is a lovely property, very clean and comfortable. The check in process is a bit odd, in our experience, as the property contact wishes to meet you upon check in. You need to call when you get close to the property in order to be given the code to get in. In every other property we have ever rented, you are given the code at noontime through VRBO. We have rented vacation homes all over the country, and we have never had anyone personally check us in. It felt a bit intrusive to us but it was fine. Laura, the property contact, is very nice and extremely responsive. If you are a large family, like us, be prepared to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. There were only 2 rolls per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. You will also want to bring napkins, foil, etc. In addition, if you are like my daughter and me and wear make-up every day (lol), bring a lighted make-up mirror or you will be frustrated trying to find enough light to see! It is a great property and very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped for cooking meals in and the outdoor patio table was perfect for all of our meals. The pool was clean and the dock was also very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful week. We would stay here again!
