Welcome to Coco's Villa, a 2-bedroom retreat with a rooftop terrace. Located in the exclusive Playa del Secreto Private Community with 24-hour security.,

With 2 spacious king-sized bedrooms, direct balcony access, and three en-suite full bathrooms, Coco's Villa comfortably accommodates up to 5
With a fully equipped Kitchen, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room, the villa ensures your comfort throughout your stay. A crib and high chair are available upon request, free of charge. Free parking is available front door.

The rooftop terrace features lounge chairs, a shaded area, and an outdoor shower. Indulge in sunbathing while admiring the beautiful views, surrounded by the picturesque Mexican forest. Enjoy the added convenience of a charcoal BBQ for outdoor dining experiences.

Set within a private residential complex of only 10 villas, Coco's Villa offers a peaceful and secure environment. The shared swimming pool is a quiet oasis, with most part
of the villas are privately owned and not rented, ensuring a serene atmosphere.
During the summer season, you can enjoy the unique experience of the deposition of marine turtles' eggs right in front of Casa Chanty where you access the beach.
Access to the private beach is just steps away 2-minute walk across Casa Chanty, you'll find your private gazebo with loungers, along with complimentary kayaks, and paddle board (boogie boards not always available) for your enjoyment.
Towels and Beach towels are provided, and our attentive on-site employee and manager are available to assist you with any needs.

Family getaway

The property was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the beach which was a short walk away. I can’t wait to be back again.

Family vacation

Peaceful and beautiful! The property owner was very kind and helpful! Helped us to arrange transport from the airport to the property and answered all our requests and questions promptly. The area is relaxing and beautiful and we recommend it!

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a nice time on this trip for our 15th anniversary. No kids 😁 The villa was nice and just as shown in the pictures. We chose to stay in a quiet place and not an all inclusive resort. However,it was a bit more remote from any restaurants or shops than I was thinking.The entrance off the highway is marked but easy to miss. We had a car so we drove to Puerto Morelos to the grocery store and out to eat. Cristina was a great hostess and wonderful at communication . Check-in was easy. The beach is a short walk from the villa. Although we would probably choose a more populated area if we return to Mexico , I would highly recommend this place! It has a beautiful beach and pool!! Very relaxing.

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE!!

This could not have been a more perfect place. Centrally located to all the things we wanted to do and easy to get to. SO peaceful! We ate breakfast each morning on the patio listening to the birds and the waves! There were 2 iguanas right by the driveway that I loved seeing each day (named them Blue and Annabell). The caretaker was very nice and available, although we didn’t need anything. The villa is at the very end of about 10 villas, so is extra private. The home was super clean and well equipped. Big rooms and gorgeous bathrooms! The pool was also very clean and most days, we had it to ourselves. Driving is a bit challenging in playa del Carmen but we preferred Puerto Morales. Great restaurants and town square. Easily walkable and clean. We LOVED our stay and would stay again!

Très bien situé à deux minutes de marche de la plage. La villa est très bien aménagée avec tous les équipements nécessaires, parfaite pour deux couples. Beaucoup de services offerts comme le ménage et la possibilité d’avoir une navette pour le transport à l’aéroport et aux alentours, une massothérapie et un chef sont accessibles sur demande. La plage est superbe, la mer est crystalline avec très peu d’algues. Cristina répond rapidement aux messages et son manager Alberto est toujours disponible, ils sont d’excellents hôtes. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful vacation, the place is great, incredible park with pool, and just a few steps from the beach. The beach is perfect, with a very nice palapa and chairs to relax and enjoy the sea. The house has everything that's needed and more! very comfortable and well equipped. Definitely a place to go back again. Thank you for all the great service!
