Thanks Lynette, you and Ron are always wonderful guests, leaving the place as good or better than when you come in. So glad that the house is so close to downtown with the great eating places. The bicycle trail is just a skip away. Thanks again for staying at my place. Looking forward to your visit next year.
Great location in a nice friendly little town recently named #3 by USA Today! Lots of activities in walking distance. We especially enjoy the Withlacoochee State trail for biking and walking. It was just named #2 in the ountry by USA Today!!

Great location for 4th of July celebration in park.
We loved the screen porch for watching the wildlife. Location was great for walking to the park for concert andfireworkks. Only drawback was the unkept lawn. Owner responded after a neighbor called her.
We love that this property is located on the end of a lake where Wildlife abounds and is so convenient to the Withlacoochee Rail Trail for biking and walking. We can walk into town where we can take in all that this little town has to offer. The home is handicapped accessible. The owner is very responsive if needed. It suits us perfectly.
Tucked away in a hidden corner of Inverness, the house backs up to Little Lake Henderson. One day a red fox ran across the back yard! During the 15 days we were there, We got to know our neighbors: family members who had been there for generations, a retiree, a lawyer, ... The house sits a .3 mile walk from Cattle Dog coffee roasters, Hen House Cafe, and Nine State Brewery. We enjoyed a six course Korean meal at the Brewery New Year’s Eve, programs at the Historical society, the gorgeous lakefront park, and Fort Cooper. We rode our bikes on the 46 mile long bike trail nearby. Just sitting on the back screened porch enjoying the view was lovely. We had a fabulous time!
This works very well for us in many ways.. it’s totally handicapped accessible which is top priority for our stay. It is located just a couple of blocks from the bike trail which is a major factor for us in order to ride our trikes. It is also conveniently located close to the center of town affording us the opportunity to walk and use the scooter to easily get around to the activities in town. We enjoy the privacy of the property and viewing all the wildlife. It’s a special place! This is our second stay here and are looking forward to returning again!
This is a beautiful property with privacy, yet a short, easy walk to town and the Cooter Pond board walk. We chose this place due to the close proximity to the Withlacoochee Bike Trail which we rode and/or walked on nearly every day. It's a short drive to grocery stores and most anything else you might need. We also chose this home for its handicap amenities with a ramp to the back deck and screened in porch. One bath has a walk-in shower with the handicap bars for safety. Oh and did we mention the wonderful view of the lake and the It's inhabitants from the back of the house? We're looking forward to our return next year!
We rented for a week
2 adults 4 kids the size of adults and one 6yr old
It is the last house on the small lake with a large private back yard.
Screened in porch had a beautiful view of the lake and floating dock
A walking/biking path, park, and small down town was all within a quarter mile!
We did a lot of walking and felt safe doing so
House is as advertised
The pictures are not misleading
There was an extra twin in the Master bedroom I don’t recall being advertised. Would be good for a young child
Everything seemed recently remodeled
We were please

Thank you for the review. I am so happy you had a good time. We have a pretty safe area here with lots of outside activites available. We love the area. Hope to see you again.
My family desperately needed to decompress and relax after we had a house fire. This home was PERFECT. The cute little family of armadillos 💜 had coffee with me every morning and the location is super convenient. Would definitely come back and stay again
.
This is truly an upscale space. Looks new. Open floor plan. Relaxing back yard facing the lake. Just beautiful. And I can't say enough about the rental manager. She is exceptional. This was the perfect place for our family as we gathered around our father's passing.
This is the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. The location made exploring and enjoying adventures easy, from deep sea fishing, Homosassa Wildlife Park, to the west and Disney World and SeaWorld to the east. We can't forget the dining experience - fresh fish and seafood, barbecue and great "home cooking " !
We enjoyed the comforts of the home, it’s location to the bike trail and walking distance to the town. We found info provided at the home was most helpful.
