Welcome to Paradise Palms – Your Ultimate Florida Retreat! Looking for the perfect getaway for a large family gathering, friends together, or a couple's retreat? How about a guys GOLF trip or Girl's weekend? You’ve just found Florida Heaven! This is the ultimate home! Welcome to Paradise Palms, boasting a sprawling 4,000 sq. ft. under roof, and another huge outdoor private tiki oasis that feels like your own luxury resort! Accommodations to Make Everyone Feel at Home Our coastal gem is newly furnished and sleeps up to 18 guests comfortably. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, we’ve thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements for everyone: • 3 King Beds ( 3 Bedrooms with a King Bed in each room. (Master bedroom has a queen and King) . • (2) Queen Memory Foam Beds, Bunk style. This means a Queen over Queen and Twin/Full Bunk w/ a trundle also in Bedroom 4. • (2) Futons located in the den space. This room has a large Tv and French doors that close for privacy. Sheets and comforters provided. Good for kids or a younger group. Bathrooms: 3.5 baths • There are two rooms with King beds that have full baths connected. •The bunk room and 3rd King room share a full bath space. •There is an additional 1/2 bath as well off the kitchen and connects to pool area . A Resort-Style Outdoor Paradise! Step outside into your private sanctuary! • Relax at the custom-built Tiki bar, perfect for enjoying drinks with friends or snapping those Instagram-worthy photos. • For some additional fun, we've built a putting green for all you Golf fans! Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool with a tranquil waterfall feature. $20 fee per day if you'd like the water heated to 82-88. During winter months we will do our best to get the pool heated but really cold night may effect the temperature which is out of our control. Tell host if you'd like to request this. • Soak your cares away in the oversized hot tub. All of this is nestled on 2 lush acres, providing endless privacy and a true feeling of “sea-clusion.” The screened-in lanai and outdoor spaces are straight out of a tropical dream, making every moment unforgettable. Serene Neighborhood Vibes Located in Kensington Estates, our home offers the perfect mix of privacy and convenience. Each home in the area sits on large 2+ acre lots, surrounded by trees for a peaceful, secluded feel. While the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels so everyone can enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Close to All the Action Inverness, the nearest town, is just 10 minutes away and offers all the essentials, including Walmart, Lowe’s, Olive Garden, and a movie theater. We had a group of golfers stay here for a trip to Citrus Farms, just 30 mins away. There was plenty of room for our group in the kitchen, living room and outside at the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was great and the host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay. The house very comfortably accommodated the 10 of us. We loved the large sectional and spent a lot of time congregating in the kitchen but most of our time was spent on the lanai. We soaked in the hot tub, watched college football at the tiki bar and relaxed on the outdoor chairs. The house was very clean with ample towels and very comfy beds. There were so many extras like games, karaoke machine and floats for the pool! The host was wonderful as well. Easy to contact and friendly.

Beautiful house and backyard

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for three families to share the home and the three king beds were wonderful for the parents. The kids loved sharing the bunk room. Back patio area and pool were amazing! Location was great for day trips to Rainbow Springs and Crystal River for scalloping. We will be back!

Paradise found.

Great neighborhood and beautiful house. Great landscaping swimming pool and hot tub. Plenty of room and all the beds were great. Every thing you need is probably there. Stores and restaurants are close by and the owners are fantastic and very easy to get in touch with if you need to. Had a blast planning next trip already. .

The most helpful thing I can say is that you will never regret your decision to stay here! If this fits your needs, then save yourself the time and just book it - stop looking at other homes. We couldn't have been happier staying at this beautiful home! The communication was great before we arrived and we were thrilled with the home when we arrived. Our family was travelling for racing at nearby Citrus Hills and this was the perfect spot to come home to at night. I can't say enough great things about this house it really made our vacation! This house had everything and more! There was plenty of space. It was extremely well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing. The owner is very easy to communicate with and it’s 10-20 min away from everything we wanted to do….manatees, kayaking, and eating out! I would highly recommend!!!!

Great place for family reunion

We were unfamiliar with this corner of FL, so trips out and about (Crystal River Archaeological Park, Fort Island Gulf Beach, Tarpon Springs) and coming back to this luxurious house were a treat: a great place for a relaxing family reunion and vacation. We had a most memorable week. It was a pleasure to meet Stu and Mary —you have a personable and efficient staff. The house was perfect for our family’s needs -- many of the games and TV’s were used, the kitchen had everything needed, and the beds were comfortable.

Great place

Great place to stay. Lots of room. Host was great and very responsive. The only issues I had was that the outside lights didn’t work and it was very dark. She sent someone over immediately. Also we paid to have the hot tub heater on and it was cold. Once again she took care of it immediately and made it right. We would love to stay here again.

Awesomeness

We wanted a rental where our three families would have enough space and entertaining things to do. We certainly found what we were looking for!! Age ranges for the young ones were 18,14,11,6 and 5 and they all had a great time especially in the pool. There was plenty of space for the eleven of us to eat, sleep, and play games in this spacious and beautiful home. We all would highly recommend it!!

I loved walking in the front door and looking straight back through to the gorgeous pool, waterfall and Tiki area! I added a relaxing hot tub, as well as the rotating outside colorful lights that create a magical setting at night. It's truly like paradise at night! I promise you will think it's as beautiful as all of the previous guest do!
