*PLEASE NOTE: the building has a 30 day min per HOA—no exceptions. Preference for 2021-2022 season will be afforded to long term travelers. I.e. over 90 days.

3rd Street Perfection

We can’t say enough about our stay on 14th Ave S…..2 blocks from the beach and right in the middle of 3rd Street’s restaurants and shops. The condo is simply “charming” with the most comfortable beds which made our stay even more relaxing. 5 stars

Naples in March

My wife and I stayed in this two bedroom, two bathroom condo for the month of March. We have stayed in Naples in the winter for the last five years. We loved the location - close to restaurants, the beach and shopping. We generally walked everywhere and the surrounding residential areas are beautiful. The condo was newly decorated, clean and quiet. the other condo owners were nice and friendly. The owners were responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. We would gladly stay here again. Additionally, the weather was great - one day of rain the whole month.
