Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Great location, good accommodations
This place is just a short walk to bus line, convenient for skiing. Condo itself with nice living space. Minor cleaning issues upon arrival (strong cleaner smell, crumbs on the kitchen counter, dishes in dishwasher) but overall quite nice.

Hi, Nicholas. We are very sorry you weren't able to use the hot tub. It is always our goal for our guests to be able to use everything the home has to offer. The hot tub is managed by the HOA and they confirm it is now working properly. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay as we would have been happy to assist or compensate for the loss of amenity. We hope we can have another chance to impress you.
My niece was working for Steamboat so some family came out to visit. Some skied and some did not. Location is close to resort, town, shuttles, bus - easy to get around. Heated garage is a plus. Hot tub is close - had to shovel a path through the snow instead of walking around bldg. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise from above unit until cleaning crew was cleaning floors. Dishwasher is really loud so don’t run when sleeping. Laundry in unit is very helpful. Furniture is well used but comfy. Pots/pans could use an update. Overall a great stay and would come again.

8+ years of doing a week in Steamboat w/ my retired parents. Love cleanliness and ease of access to the mtn.
All good ratings but will point out 2 minor things:
1. Outer covers of bedspreads were not laundered with frequency of sheets. Noticeable dirt, pawprints?
2. Love the offering of W/D...but that LG washer has some major funk. Visible mold/mildew in the inner rubber gasket/ring. Run some tub clean cycle.
Overall the place was nice. The stools in both the bathrooms are unsafe to sit on and need to be replaced. The chair in the 2nd bedroom is broken & unsafe and needs to be replaced. There are several cooking pans that need to be thrown away as the plastic is peeling off of them. The chairs around the main table are unsteady and the bars at the bottom need to be secured. Those were the items that need attention in this unit.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience. We have purchased new pans, tightened the dining room chairs, and removed the decorative stools in the bathroom. We hope to see you again!
We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Just a short drive to the ski resort, which was perfect. The only negative thing was the garage — it was pretty muddy. We had to do our best not to track in dirt and mud. Made it hard to leave our shoes in the garage, since we’d have to get our feet dirty to get our shoes on. Not really a deal breaker, but it could use a cleaning. The inside of the property was spotless though, so I still give it a good rating.

Laura, thank you for sharing your experience, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay! That said, we're sorry about the muddy conditions you experienced in the garage and shared your feedback with the local team so it can be addressed. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.
We rented this property for a ski trip. It was very convenient as the free bus to the slope was a block away. The condo has a very comfortable layout with a great kitchen or you can catch the bus downtown to restaurants.

Awesome Stay!
The rental was extremely clean, thoughtfully decorated, and quite comfortable! Thank you for a lovely stay!
Close to green line shuttle to get to the slopes. Large master bedroom and decent size 2nd bedroom. Great kitchen. I had to call to get code for the hot tub but that was our only issue.

Great size for 5
The condo is at a good location with 2 bus stops being a 5 minute walk away. We visited during the winter, and the sidewalks were kept clear making it easy to get wherever we needed to go.
The condo itself was built in the 2000's and the owners have installed some tasteful upgrades, including heated floors. The place was clean with cookware necessary for a family. Vacasa mentioned there was not a crockpot, however we found one available when we arrived (2 qt). Crockpots are essential on our family vacations because we can set it in the morning, go on an adventure, and come back to hot meal. Thank you owners for providing one!

Not a great place to stay for adults.
The bathrooms and kitchen were updated nicely. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen table is nice. Those are about the nicest things I can say about this place. The hot tub closes at 10:00 which is no where in the description and you share it with the entire complex. Don't expect a relaxing time in the hot tub with all the kids in there.
There are sizeable holes in the screens so leaving the windows open at night is not an option. There is no A/C, so it's really hot in the unit.
The Kurig coffee pot leaks, so put something under it or you'll have coffee all over the place. Take your own bath soap and Kleenex as the management company only provides one small thin bar of soap and 2 tissues shoved into the box so it looks like it's full.
There are A LOT of families with children in this complex so kids would be crying as early as 4:30am and as late as 10:30pm.
The walls/ceiling is paper thin. The people upstairs (who were not heavy people) sounded like a bunch of elephants walking around. One morning someone upstairs farted and we heard it downstairs!
The place was not clean, light bulbs were out, furniture is dirty and scratched up. The grill is filthy. The garage is filthy also... beer cans on the floor.
The good thing is that we weren't often in the condo, we were out exploring all the wonderful things Steamboat has to offer.
For the price, this is not worth it

Thank you for your feedback, John. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub schedule is out of our control. The hot tub amenity is also listed as shared. We have replaced the burned-out light bulbs and will replace the coffee maker. The grill and garage have been cleaned. We are sorry to hear that due to this nearby noise disruption you didn’t have a comfortable night of rest. We have refunded your cleaning fee for the oversights you found and have addressed them with our housekeeping staff. We apologize for any missteps, as it is never our intention to disappoint. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future.

Great location
The overall property was great. The only complaint is the lack of cleaning products for daily operations such as cleaning dishes.

Great Location to get anywhere you need to. Very roomy and comfortable beds. Well maintained and would recommend this to any one needing a place to stay
Based on the price, we weren't too sure what we would get at this property but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. If you're going to do your own cooking, the kitchen is updated and topnotch. My only complaint would be that the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed and the floors felt dusty. The neighborhood is very quiet so we did not have any problems with outside noise or with noise from other units. There are very few units that we have rented on Vrbo that we would return for another stay but this is one where we would.
Nice and close to the bus route. The green bus runs every 20 minutes and take you right to the gondola. Happy hour all you want and take the bus home. Download the RouteShout 2.0 app to track your bus.
Great 2 bedroom stay here! Perfect for our needs and great value.
We had no reason to contact the property manager.
Everything was pretty great with our stay with only a few minor opportunities for improvement:
- Both beds has heavy wooden foot-boards that we bashed into (I have two fine bruises to show for that), because the rooms are on the smaller side, for e.g. the master bedroom *just* fits the king size bed... Better to remove the heavy foot-boards and give guests a bit more room and fewer hazards.
- The entry code did not work on the front door, which was fine because we used the garage, where it did work. But... I could imagine the following potential disaster scenario which we almost experienced: get into bathing suit for the short walk to the hot tub, lock garage door using deadbolt, lock the front door behind you using the "lock" button (no code required). Then, you want to get back in wet and cold, but surprise, the code doesn't work on the front door and the garage entry door is locked via dead bolt, and you are in your bathing suit outside in the cold...
