JUST A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE BRIDGE AND YOUR AT THE BOARDWALK!!THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!! CLOSE ENOUGH TO ENJOY ALL THE BEACHES AND ATTRACTIONS OF OCEAN CITY BUT TO DISCONNECT FROM THE HUSTLE IF YOU'D LIKE!!


Spacious 3 Bed/Den 4 Bath Garaged Town house located in Seaside Village in West Ocean City. Short walk to the outlets and many great restaurants! Easy commute or bus ride to the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Large community pool and fitness center in season. Two separate family rooms allow for plenty of space for large or multi family stays! Dogs Welcome!

Although we do allow a max occupancy of 14 people there are only spaces for 11 in beds. There are two sofas and you are welcome to bring air mattresses!

First Floor: Garage and large den with sectional and sleep sofa as well as a full bathroom and flat screen TV/DVD player.

Second Floor: Family room with TV/DVD player. Half bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large dining table perfect for big groups. Second floor deck overlooking open space area and pond with high bar top table and chairs.

Third Floor: Master bedroom with walk-in closet and king size bed has memory foam mattress. Private bath with large shower. Flat screen TV. Third floor deck off master with Adirondack chairs and beautiful views of OC. Second bedroom with queen size bed and memory foam mattress. Flat screen TV. Third bedroom has bunk beds. Double on the bottom and single on top. Flat screen TV. Second full bathroom with tub. Conveniently located full size front load washer/dryer.

Convenient and Comfortable

Loved the location and the amenities. Plenty of space for the family to spread out with multiple gathering areas. Outdoor spaces were also great! Hosts were very accommodating.

Beach getaway

The house was great! Enough room for all of us (4 adult and one 17 year old). The location was great. We didn’t use the pool, we came for the beach. The only thing that I didn’t like was there was no blinds or curtains on the windows and deck door. At night everyone can see inside when the lights were on, no privacy. Besides that the house was clean, roomy, great for family gatherings.

This was a great time in ocean city! We stayed at the same development last year but at a different property. This was hands down a better process overall. Great communication, the place was well cared for with good amenities. This is on our short list to check for our next OCMD stay.

This house was everything!!

Great house for large groups! Very clean and neat! I loved the fact that the house came with an instruction manual. Spacious! Located in a quiet neighborhood! Very close to the boardwalk and walking distance to the Outlets. I would definitely stay here again!

Simply Amazing!

Our family had a wonderful time! The owners were super accommodating, very kind and friendly. The house was very clean which is very important to us. We felt comfortable allowing our infant to be on the carpets. This house was perfect for our family and we will most certainly return again.

Excellent Location & Great House

We stayed at this house this past week. The house is very nice and had everything we needed. It was great that this home was dog friendly. Our puppy was able to come with us and enjoy the beach for the first time. This was our first all family vacation in many years, and everyone enjoyed it.
