The bathroom includes bath and separate toilet, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, quality bathroom linen and spare beach towels. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine.
A flat-screen (smart) TV is located in the air-conditioned living area and WIFI is also available.
The kitchen is well equipped with complimentary welcome tea and coffee supplies with a spacious dining/laptop work area.
At your doorstep are beaches, the Parnkalla walking trail, playground and stretches of beautiful lawned public areas. Guests will enjoy the best of Port Lincolns leisure activities.

What a beautiful place to stay for a Family

The property was amazing ! A great location , very spacious and in immaculate condition. The linen was great and the view fabulous. The playground on the door step is brilliant for a young family . Will definitely be staying again .

This property was ideal for my short visit to Port Lincoln. I loved the location - being able to step out onto a huge lawn area near the water was such a nice way to start and end each day. Comfortable beds - so essential!

Beautiful spot for a getaway.

I had a fantastic few days relaxing and catching up with my family who live in Pt Lincoln. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the playground and park. For future guests, be aware that the park is a dog park and there are dogs off-leash. The puzzles and games were a great idea but alas, I didn't get to finish the 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle! All in all a beautiful house, clean and tidy, pretty much exactly as described.

Great relaxing place in best location

Awesome location 5 minutes from town. Took advantage of the coffee plunger, telescope and binoculars. Our kids loved the playground and everything was great aswell as local neighbours and security.

An excellent hidden gem. Hidden amongst a quiet residential area with a beautiful bay, playground and grassed area right in front of the unit. Incredibly spacious with everything you need to feel comfortable. So close to the marina and only a few minutes drive to the Port Lincoln foreshore and main street. We will be back. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
