With 3 bathrooms and the main bathroom offers a spa. Very spacious, beautifully appointed living areas with fully equipped laundry. Double lock-up remote-controlled garage and remote-controlled security gate to a driveway with guest parking area. BBQ with full outdoor setting. TV and stereo system. Ducted air-conditioning throughout. A 24-metre pontoon available (on request only) extra charge of $450 for pontoon. Lawned and landscaped garden.

Only faults we found, dead gecko in the master bedroom, spot mold on master toilet seat lid, instruction manuals for appliances were not in an obvious place which we found after googling how to use the oven. Hot water system manual would have been helpful.
