Description
Upstairs Condo 1 bedroom/1 bath is situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with breathtaking views of Sunrises, Moon over the water at night, yachts boats and jet skis of all sizes cruising up and down the waterway. The screen enclosed porch is 23ft x 6 ft a great place to watch the birds and squirrels as you dine or just relax in the evening with your favorite drink. Such a great spot to entertain, read or meditate.
The condo is tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area to welcome quests. Living area with cable and comfortable seating. WiFi of course is provided. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with delux linens. Bathroom has a tub to soak in.
The Conquistador Complex has three swimming pools, one of which is heated. Three tennis/ Pickle Ball Courts. Car Wash station. Covered Pavilion with barbecue grills and picnic tables. Shuffle boards courts and putting green. Fishing Pier within walking distance.
Riverview Club is 0.4 miles with its many daily activities which include Yoga, Tai Chee, Mahjong, Writers group, Zumba, Exercise, Card Games, Bridge lessons and Bridge. St Augustine Shores Golf Club is 1.4 miles.
Convenient shopping Publics Walgreens and Dunkin Donuts close by.
Downtown St Augustine the Nations oldest city is 8 miles away with its historical sites, shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The Beach is a 10 minute drive

About the owner
I moved to St Augustine in 1986 and fell in love with this Wonderful old city with a quaint European flair. It’s proximity to the Beach was a big plus for me. I am originally from Ireland, spent four years in Nursing School in London and being a fan of warm weather I never wanted to experience a cold winter again thus I made St Augustine my home. I worked as a Home health Nurse and when I was sent to this area I was so moved by the beautiful intracoastal waterway and the view from this condo that I purchased it. I have since become a Realtor.

Restful and quiet

This condo is in a very peaceful area yet is very close to historic St. Augustine, as well as, the ocean beaches. The property is situated on the inter coastal and offers beautiful views. Our visit was very enjoyable.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du club de golf(6minutes), la possibilité de la pêche sur le pied privé. Pour le vélo, le quartier était propice pour des balades. La plage de Crescent sur Ile Anasthasia à 15 minutes nous a permis de faire du vélo..Le vieux St Augustine à 20 minutes aussi. Au condo, nous avons pu observer les bateaux et des dauphins sur l'intracostal! La piscine non chauffée près du condo nous a quand même permis de relaxer!

Nice place for a 3 week stay. Quiet neighborhood, nice outside screened deck with a fabulous view for relaxing. All within 8 miles to Old St. Augustine and the beaches.

Great Place Great View

Dinah has a great place. Quiet with a great view of the intercostal waterway. See the sunrise! Big screen TV, comfortable furniture and nice decor. The grounds are very good with the clubhouse, pools and pier. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice treat upon arrival. Will stay again. Recommended! Chris and Diane

Quiet and Peaceful Location

The property was just as pictured. The complex was large, offering 3 pools, tennis courts, outdoor grilling area, and access out to a fishing pier on the Intracoastal waterway. The lanai, at the apt., faced the Intracoastal and was a very peaceful place to relax, eat, read, etc. The location was south of the old town area, yet close to US 1, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It was a relaxing retreat from the busy touristry areas.

Just like home

Great condo with everything you need for telecommuting or relaxing with tennis courts, a pool and trails in nearby Canopy Park for exercise. The view of the intercoastal is worth the price of admission. Even saw dolphins from the porch and Dinah was a great hostess. Hope to return next winter.

A Little Slice of Heaven !

My wife and I loved it here. Everything we needed was supplied. It's a great location, shopping and entertainment venues were all close by. The home was clean and very "homey" feeling. To see the view of the river every morning as we drank our coffee on the screened in porch was incredible. We would definetly go back !
