About this property

Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an office with desk and office chair.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.

The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Home away from home

The apartment was great! Everything that we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to the historic downtown area. It was even warm enough for us to enjoy the pool for a bit. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect get away

The unit was very quaint and comfortable. The outside space was relaxing and beautiful. Close to all St. Augustine has to offer. Would love to visit again.

Great base for exploring St. Augustine.

Immaculate apartment in quaint historic area. Everything we needed was provided and Kirsten was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook, or it is a short 10 minute walk into the downtown for many restaurant options. Lovely pool area too. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough for us to use it. Off street parking was nice too. Very well run property.

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 35 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.
