Very attractive home located at the end of the prestigious North Bay cul-de-sac with magnificent views down the coast to Rapid Point. Front decking, great for sitting out watching the spectacular sunset, sheltered and private, with shrubs along the front of the house. Attractive rear garden, with protective hill behind.Great spot for breakfast outdoors. Cooled and warmed by reverse cycle air conditioning.

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen and towels. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

100 Gold Coast drive carrickalinga

Absolutely golden position, cosy and warm, we watched the storm roll over the ocean from the couch inside. Bliss.

A Fleurieu Treasure

A clean, comfortable and homely property with every possible need provided by the owner. Great views and easy access to the beach, and just a short drive to Normanville for multiple pleasant eateries. Abundant birds, butterflies and other wildlife, and a sunny back area for a lazy breakfast, views of the sunset at the front. Just ideal!

Luved it...

Great experience starting from key collection at South Coast Realty. Accommodation excellent. Clean, comfortable seating and bedding, well equipped kitchen, beautiful beach and views. Thank you Claire for your kind welcome. It was a real treat..... Didn't want to leave and looking forward to returning.

Classic Shack in great location

The location in unsurpassed and the house is very comfortable. It’s very good value as the price is quite reasonable, some people may find the house a little tired and there is quite a lot of ‘stuff’ in the house however it is clean, the view is world class and the deck is a place I will dream about.
