This beautiful two storey house has everything you could possibly want, from brilliant sea views to
dishwasher, two televisions, DVD players, BBQ, washing machine, microwave, ducted air conditioning upstairs and reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs. Sleeping 11 guests in five bedrooms with three bathrooms. New fresh and modern with plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of off street parking. This is a non smoking and a pet free property.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
A $500 security deposit applies to all bookings.

Beautiful views

The accuracy of this listing is only lowered because it's actually nicer than the photos suggest. While it's not walking distance to the beach (about 30 mins), it has views on three sides and was so wonderful. A very enjoyable experience and plenty of space for two families without anyone feeling like they were on top of each other. The only problem was the air-conditioner want working very well on the one >40° day and we discovered the filter needed replacing/hadn't been cleaned in a long time, so we pulled it out and that helped.

Great Place, Stunning View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing. There was lots of room, and the addition of the pool table was very utilised. The view overlooked the ocean and we were able to witness amazing sunsets and sunrises. The house made are stay very comfortable

Great views over the coast

Enjoyed our stay - the house was modern, spacious and had good facilities. The views were really amazing - which made it very relaxing

What a house!

We were slightly sceptical of the place due to the lack of reviews, expense and the fact that everytime I tried to query the reason for the extra $30 on the bill (it probably was just a credit surcharge) I was told I would be called by another employee of South Coast Realty, despite this never eventuating. However, from the moment we entered the house we were amazed! The house is beautiful and so spacious, even for 12 people. The kitchen was well-stocked, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets were convenient and there was plenty to do with the provision of 2 large TVs, ample couch seating for board games, a pool table and the provision of old simpsons classics on DVD. As the weather ended up being pretty miserable, we just stayed at the house and enjoyed ourselves.
