Villa 61 is positioned on the lagoon, in a fully gated, secluded community, South Shores providing a wonderful Holiday atmosphere in a resort like setting.

Villa 61 has free WiFi.

It is a fully air conditioned 2 storey holiday home with an open kitchen / living area, 3 bedrooms plus 4th bedroom / family room, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, 2 outside deck areas and 2 undercover car parks all set up to provide all the comforts required to have a perfect holiday.

There are two outdoor, solar heated pools and a private board walk to the beach for you to enjoy. You'll have full use of both swimming pools and lawn areas with BBQ and tables plus a basketball ring.

The north facing aspect of villa 61 on the lagoon ensure an all-day enjoyment of the stupendous view without the western sun in your eyes needing you to draw the blinds.

Open the bi-fold doors and enjoy the sea breeze and lagoon view.

Have a BBQ on the upper deck or just sit around and enjoy the truly relaxing atmosphere.

Villa 61 south shores can easily accommodate 3 families, sleeping up to 12 people. The bedding configuration has been arranged to allow for 2 bedrooms with queen bed and 2 family type rooms. One with a double sofa bed plus 2 sets of bunks and the other family room with 2 queen futons. Porta cot, and high chair available.

Family room containing 2 queen futons has a 42’ flat screen TV and ping pong table, an absolute success with the teenagers and provides hours of family fun.

The 3rd bunk bedroom has bi-fold door that open up onto a private deck overlooking the lagoon.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped you won’t want for anything.

Great place for families with arrange of needs, lovely open plan living, playpark, pool and close to beach. However it would've been helpful to have bed linen included. Overall excellent stay!!

This is our second time here as a group of 3 generations and it ticks all of our boxes: - lots of spaces in the villa for everyone to have some me time - pool for the children - lovely walk to a lovely beach - plenty of space for the children to play - quiet, private and secure location - plenty of places to eat nearby, plus a supermarket - day trips to Victor Harbor, Goolwa and McLaren Vale Just one request for next year - yes we have booked again - could we please have some lovely comfy chairs /sunbeds on the deck for reading, evening drinks, and naps?! That would be awesome :) -

Not up to par.

We have stayed at different villas at South Shores over the past five years, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately we found this villa to be a bit lacking in the basics compared to all the others we have stayed in. There was no coffee pod machine, no hairdryer and the television wasn't a smart tv so unable to watch anything other than basic television. It was also very small and low for the area in which it was in. The quilt cover in the master bedroom was dirty as were the cushions in the living area. The door handle was very loose and the some of the knobs on the side tables came off when opened. All in all for the price it was a tad disappointing.

If you really found the quilt or the cushions unclean, I wish you had contacted me I would have definitely had the cleaner return to replace them. In the future I urge you to communicate with the owners we are here to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Regarding the coffee pod machine and hairdryer we don’t list having these so I’m sorry if you were expecting them. Hope your stay was enjoyable.

Perfect location

I stayed here with friends over the weekend and we had a great time. The house was ideal for us (4 adults) as we could each have our own room. We had an issue with one of the internal doors but a quick call to the owner had it sorted out. We walked to the Main Street each evening which took around 20 minutes along the main road which is not lit but has a wide walk way. Perfect access to the beach. It was cool while we were there so we did not use the pools but we would love to return in warmer months and make more of the facilities. We may even bring the children next time.

Great group accomodation

This is a great location for two families to enjoy together. It was lovely to enjoy a bacon and egg breakfast looking out over the lake area. The kids enjoyed the basketball ring and also the playground.
