Such a beautiful and well appointed property. Fresh sheets and towels, great kitchen and so peaceful. This is becoming a regular and we will definitely be back again. Renee is so responsive and friendly.
We came to attend the local races and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful - peaceful with gorgeous surrounds. Linen supplied and the kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable and we’d definitely come again
Beauty, peacefulness, space, tranquility personified. The perfect place for a family getaway.
The garden, amazing, perfumes of orange blossom, roses and wisteria wafting through the air.
The surrounding views were incredible.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will come back again, beautiful property, nice decor, great functional kitchen and living spaces. All the rooms had plenty of heating and it was nice and cosy for us when we arrived.
Host was wonderful and communicative.
Our group of ten thoroughly enjoyed staying in this delightful property, weather was cold so the two fireplaces kept us warm & cosy. There was a problem with plumbing, but it was attended to promptly, also very happy with the fast response when we requested extra blankets.
It was a pleasure to stay in this delightful home.
Five friends stayed here. Stunning location. Renee was very helpful. Four bedrooms at the front of the house and a fifth in a curious location of the bathroom but perfectly fine. Kitchen has all you need for cooking. Recommend the Stanley Pub for foodies.

Wonderful! Large house, great gardens and views.
We had an amazing stay at Karalilla. Such a beautiful property. The house is large and well appointed and was perfect for our family gathering. The house was spotless inside and out. It is in a quite location a short drive from Yackandandah. We spent a lot of time outside on the verandah overlooking the garden. Looking forward to staying again.

Thank you Robyn and Gerard for your kind words and it was a pleasure having you stay at Karalilla. We looking forward to your next stay.
We loved our stay at Karalilla homestead. The house was perfect for our large group (10 people), with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a fantastically well appointed kitchen. The home has been beautifully restored and maintained and has a stunning outlook over the surrounding farmland and hills. The property owner Renee was always super-quick to respond to any of our questions and was very accomodating. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Our large family group of 9 found the property to be perfect for our needs. The cold weather wasn't a problem as the house had good heating with the fire lit for us on arrival and heaters in all bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites and bathroom more than adequate. We spent the days exploring the area, and the nights back at the house cooking our evening meal and enjoying our time together. It will be hard to find another house so wonderful and will judge them on how they compare to Karalilla. We will be back to visit again
This beautiful house and garden setting in an ideal valley location is just what you need for a relaxing break. We are a group of friends that get away regularly. We enjoyed the gorge walk in Yackadandah and the delights the town has to offer. Returned early afternoon to the house to relax by the fire and enjoy the beautiful vista and surrounds of this property. Kitchen is huge and well equipped. Well worth a visit.
Very comfortable home with relaxed charming ambience and very beautiful garden. Great kitchen, three rooms with large on suite bathrooms and several different sitting areas. The (city) kids were very excited about orange trees with real oranges on them.
Wonderful panorama. Magnificent garden.
Beautiful house, Very tastefully decorated and facilitated.
Such comfortable beds.Lovley fire.
Great kitchen and walk in pantry. Full of character.
This was everything we wanted and expected and more.

Thank you for your lovely review and we apologise for any confusion. We don’t advertise the property as a bed and breakfast, I believe your confusion results from the previous owners business (of over 6 years ago). We are in the process of trying to remove the erroneous Google description.. (not VRBO). Thanks again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for a getaway. We enjoyed the gorgeous garden and house, it was well stocked with kitchen appliances so cooking meals was a dream. Renee was a fabulous host and we will definitely be back for another visit.
Six of us stayed here, but the home can take more people with ease. There was so much room, both inside and outside. Great kitchen and facilities and comfy beds. Really helpful owner who responded quickly and was very helpful. The area is really lovely. We all wanted to stay longer.
