The unit was just a short walk to the beach, and having beach chairs available was a great bonus for enjoying our time there. The only downside was that the bunk beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Overall very positive. Hector stayed in touch and was available for any questions. The layout of the apartment is good and it was clean. A few minor complaints, washer and security gate were out of service and bar across the street plays pretty loud music... but none had major impact on our trip. Very walkable to downtown bars, restaurants and shops.

Great location!

Great location in town to walk to nearby restaurants. Beach across the street is alright, but there are several beaches within a few minute drive that are awesome. Definitely an ideal location. My kids really enjoyed having the pool for a quick dip first thing in the morning or just before bed. Having the shower outside made rinsing off after the beach super convenient. We will absolutely book here again in the future.

We loved our stay in this well equipped condo. It was as described on VRBO. The owner is very responsive. Great location near public beach. Perfect location for quick walk to Rincon Plaza and short drive to several other beaches. Great outdoor restaurant and bar just a 3 minute walk from condo. The building and parking were safe and secure. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Our vacation was very relaxing and in a good location. My only complaints were the sofa and bed really need replacing. Both had deep sink holes and my back was not happy. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue, and the condo was well stocked.

Awesome location and stay in Rincon

The gated property is well maintained with a nice pool in back, dedicated parking, and is right across the street from a very nice public beach. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short drive to many other things to do and see. Management was very responsive and helpful. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfy. The closets are full of beach things. The bunk beds are comfy and good for kids. The balcony is roomy and there is a washer/dryer too.

We had a wonderful experience, and the condo was exceptionally clean, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic, and the overall setup of the condo was great. However, the comfort of the furniture left a lot to be desired. The master bed, the bunk beds, and the couch were all very uncomfortable, which was disappointing after long days out. The bunk bed setup was nice, but they were so noisy that I could hear my kids every time they moved during the night. Comfortable sleeping arrangements are such an important part of a vacation, and addressing this would make the condo absolutely perfect. That said, I still enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful layout!

we enjoyed our stay in Rincon but the property was not what we expected and the photos are well out-of-date. The park across the street is run down, the pool has no pool furniture unless you count two weathered camp style chairs. The door to the pump is rusted out. The lower part is literally rusted away. The property was not very clean when we arrived. My wife took her shoes off and the bottoms of her feet were black in a matter of a couple minutes. The sliding door to the patio from the living area is broken. One side would not latch closed at all and the other side would latch but wasn't secure. I notified the owner and he said he knew about but it was 20 years old and he would work on it when it was empty. I would not stay here again. Needless to say, not what we expected with a 9.8 rating.

The kitchen supplies made it hard to cook for 6. No baking sheets, or larger baking dishes, no larger pots, no mixing bowls, no juice jug/pitcher, broken whisk.Broken drawers and kitchen could use a cleaning.Couch is worn out outdoor furniture. It was painful sitting in. Main bed also worn.I did contact about my complaints and they had an excuse for everything. No couch because they had to be careful with humidity. No pitcher for juice/water because old fridge had a water dispenser. Told to use round pizza pan in oven. Hard to bake chicken in a pizza pan for 6 people.We have travelled lots and heavily rely on ratings. These ratings are obviously fudged!
