Lincoln City cottage

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Our 2 yo and dog both enjoyed the park right across the street. Very safe, family friendly neighborhood. Short walk to the beach with excellent tide pools and low tide.

Close to beach, right across from a park, restaurants and cafes 5-10 mins away and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for family with dogs.

Great location

Nice neighborhood right in front of the community park. Ideal for families. Quite a hike up to beach access and long flight of stairs down to beach. Living room furniture a little tired and in need of some updating.

Beach getaway

The house is light, bright and airy. It was a restful getaway. The community is friendly and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with basic equipment and is a good size for preparing actual meals. We will definitely be coming back.

The property was awesome, it just is due for a little owner’s TLC: Paint touch ups, new kitchen knives, upgraded mattresses, couch and clean side chair cover is needed. But the location is great, and I will be back to Olivia Beach. 💖

Our 44th Anniversary, a fun place to stay.

We love this place.So cozy! So fun and the beaches is beautiful. A minor fixed up place is to trim the bushes back near the step so that we can see the house number, paint the numbers black. A new rail for the two front porches step, step is deep. Tall light stand doesn't work and one of the blind is broken. Our two dogs love the beautiful park. We saw a deer one evening going through the park. Wish we could have stay longer.

Wouldn’t stay again

Like many have said for the last few years, the furniture and the beds are super uncomfortable. Many things need to be updated. Bring your own fans if staying in the summer time. No ac or fans. The beach access is painful, especially with children. The location of place is great in itself, close to everything, cute neighborhood.

Adequate not great

We stayed for a long weekend. The Pros were :Dog friendly Adequate kitchen Adequate bathroom The cons: The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable to sit and lounge in and the beds were not comfortable either. There was definitely a lack a pillows and blankets. For the price I expected a little more comfort.

Great location but lousy furniture

We loved the location, the cuteness of the home, and everything went smoothly. However the living room furniture was very uncomfortable which made it hard to relax and the beds were terrible. Hard to enjoy the trip if you can't sleep well and your back hurts! Wouldn't stay at this exact home unless they upgraded the furniture and matresses.

Cute place in Lincoln City

Nice place overall. Could have used a bit more of a deep cleaning. Parking area is small, but we made it work. It had everything we needed for the short stay. Compared to the other hundreds of vacation rentals in Lincoln City, this one has been in the top 10 for us and we will probably be back.

Lovely little home

Only one issue when we arrived, the sheets on one of the beds were dirty and had what appeared to be pubic hairs on it. We contacted the property manager and they had someone come replace the sheets immediately. Another point, beach access is down a significant staircase, maybe 80' feet from top to bottom of the cliff. If you have folks with health or ambulation issues, they will not be able to access the beach. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and was just the perfect size for my son and I to escape the Portland storms that knocked out our power. We spent 3 nights and the home was comfy and enjoyable. Our German Shephard loved laying on the couch on the special PET blanket they set out for him. The beach is a bit of effort to access, but it was good excercise for the humans and the doggo. Nice park right across the street with volleyball court, lawn, play structure, etc. The neighborhood was super quiet with few vehicles and no noise. I absolutely would come back.

Great house

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and loved the house. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
