Cottage has 3 bedrooms, a nice front, screened in porch which overlooks the river, large green area out front, and a gazebo which is available for public use. A small, brand new balcony with a view of the river is off the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a small toilet off the kitchen area.
Dining room has a large table which seats up to 8 people. There is a large living family room on the main level. Nice couch in family room, new King bed in one of the bedrooms, and a new Double bed in the master bedroom were all purchased in the summer of 2015. New Queen bed added July 2016.
TI Park has a playground, tennis courts, grocery & candy store, premium restaurant, main dock for swimming, library, and more.
Dining room has a large table which seats up to 8 people. There is a large living family room on the main level. Nice couch in family room, new King bed in one of the bedrooms, and a new Double bed in the master bedroom were all purchased in the summer of 2015. New Queen bed added July 2016.
