Complete and exclusive leisure facilities, 30 meters from the beach.

Guest house, with ample leisure area: swimming pool with waterfall and slide, barbecue, soccer field, basketball, darts game, punching bag. Done thinking about the fun of adults and children. Sports equipment for loan (to combine): double kayak, bicycle, skateboard, children's skates, soccer balls and basketball. The entire leisure area is for the exclusive use of the guest, only the garage is in common use with the owner. In the building there is a large open hall, with barbecue and kitchen, a double bedroom, a single room with treliche and a bathroom. Fun guaranteed only thirty meters from the beach, in the best street in the neighborhood. House for 5 adults and 2 children.

Lugar limpo, tranquilo e muito próximo da praia. Só uma observação, colocar um tanque na área externa Do restante foi uma ótima estadia. A casa atende perfeitamente 4 a 5 pessoa. Vamos voltar, Adoramos!!!

Eu e minha família adoramos a nossa estadia nesse imóvel, espaço excelente para as crianças, só achei que faltou um microondas e pano de prato e toalha de mesa...do resto ok. Localização excelente, perto do centro de Ubatuba e da feirinha. Super indico , Fernando é muito gentil e acolhedor. Espero voltar mais vezes.

Casa perfeita para a família e uma viagem inesquecível.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Fernando e sua família, são bem atenciosos e prestativos e a casa é perfeita para a família passar algumas horas entre lazer e bom descanço, espaço super confortável e pertinho do mar para fazer aproveitar o ínicio do dia para se banhar e também para caminhadas noturnas.
