Tastefully Decorated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom corner condo overlooking Orange Beach's beautiful white sandy beaches. Master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Guest Room 1 has a queen bed. Guest Room 2 has a bunk style bed with a queen bed on the bottom and twin XL bed on top. Bathroom 2 has single vanity and shower/tub combo. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large wrap around balcony off living area overlooking beach. Balcony is furnished with 4 adirondack style balcony height chairs giving you a perfect view of the beach. The living area and each bedroom has a flatscreen tv. Conveniently located on the 4th Floor.

Summerchase has 3 pools including a kiddie pool and indoor pool, a hot tub, ping pong table, gym, and sauna.

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in 401. Great location to all restaurants and shops. Everything was just as it was listed. We had plenty of room for our group of 5 and would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Orange Beach to rent this unit.

Filthy, dated furniture, broken microwave, no ice maker

I never leave bad reviews, I should have believed other bad reviews that were posted here. Pros— nice big spacious condo with beautiful corner balcony in great location on the beach. Cons— dirty/filthy. Mold in shower and in kitchen. Reviews from back in 2022 saying large microwave over stove is broken so they just plopped a different microwave on counter is still true. Furniture is dated/used/old. Definitely Salvation Army rejected furniture someone didn’t want to pay to haul to dump. Can write your name in thick dust on bar glass. Holes in the walls all over from prior frat parties, doors taken off hinges and left by doorway. Pro- contacted condo owner and she asked how to make it right. But as my family had already driven ten hours only to strive to a filthy condo, and then spent two hours cleaning the condo until it was at least livable for my child, my husband, and mother in law that night; there was nothing condo owner could do at that point as the chance for her to appropriately prepare condo for paying guests’ arrival was past. Disappointing as pictures posted are beautiful. So to expect what you see in pictures, and instead walk into a beat up party house with old furniture, dirty showers, fan blades in master bedroom completely sagging to pointing straight down to floor, dirty sink and black funk on faucet. I paid a premium price for this condo based off gorgeous pictures and good location. At least we got the good location and spacious condo.

What makes this property unique

Wraparound balcony with amazing views of the beach. The sunrise from the balcony is breathtaking. Because there are empty lots on either side of Summerchase, there is an unobstructed view of the beach allowing you to see the beautiful water for miles on a clear day. The master suite opens up to the balcony and has windows overlooking the beach. Summerchase has 24 hour security.
