Reduced Rates! Premium Beach Front Condo with Spectacular Views!

Our twelfth floor condo is up dated and equipped with all the modern amenities of home. We are located directly on the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama.

Phoenix VII provides guests WiFi, two pool areas, Gulf-front fitness room, and a sauna to take you away. As well as tennis, basketball, and racquetball on site. You can also take advantage of our Gulf front location; join in a game of beach volleyball, schedule dolphin tours, and eat fresh Gulf seafood.

The condo was very easy to drive to, right off the main road. The decor in the condo was pretty and clean. Master bedroom curtains blocked out the sun and noise. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The beach access was the best! A blue runway went right out to the beach which made it easy for my mother who has bad knees. The batteries in the door lock were dying and the host contacted me within minutes and came right over to fix the issue. My only complaint is that I didn’t book a longer trip!

We had a great time! First time at Orange Beach and loved it. So easy to get around and lots of things to do and see. Condo was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great place

This was a great place. Everything was nice. It had everything we needed. The king size bed was hard but the other beds were comfortable. We were a family of 8 and the stay was perfect. It’s right on the beach and overlooks the pool. We loved it and will stay again.

Great vacation!

The condo was very nice and the kitchen has new appliances including a crock pot, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot! We had eight adults and had plenty of room. The location is perfect. Host was easy to work with and answered questions pretty quickly. We hope to go back soon!

Spring break 2021

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Mary’s place for our 2021 spring break. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 6. Everyone had their own space to spread out during downtime and the master suite for my husband and I was amazing!!! The views are incredible! The space had everything we needed, linens, towels, super comfy beds, dishes, washer and dryer. We spent everyday at the beach and everyone had a hard time saying goodbye.

Not as clean as we hoped. Several things didn’t work that were on remotes. Owner was quick to respond though. Direct TV was problematic at best. Baths are nice but very small

This was a beautiful place to stay for our 35th anniversary! We loved the large living room with recliners that swiveled to the ocean or to the tv! The sectional sofa gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our evenings together after our days on the beach and at the pool. The kitchen is very nice with everything you can possibly imagine in the cabinets! There were plenty of pots and pans, bakeware, plates and dishes, and spices. The small appliances were awesome! We put the ninja blender to good use as well as the Keurig. We did eat out one night, but it was so nice to be able to spend time together cooking fresh fish from the market and eating together. Mary is the owner, and she was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions I had before our visit. The property itself is a great location with direct access to the beach and a large pool onsite.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo. The space was large, comfortable, and extremely clean, making it easy to settle in right away. The location couldn’t have been better—on the beach, close to dining, and everything you’d want for a relaxing trip.The host was fantastic. Communication was quick and effortless, and any time I had a question, she responded right away with helpful information. It made the entire experience smooth from check‑in to checkout.I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a stress‑free beach getaway.

The unit was amazing! The view is beautiful! From the dining room table makes it seem like you’re floating in the water. It’s very spacious and had everything we needed. There’s even a pantry which was great because we didn’t have to have everything on the counter. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fall 2022 getaway

Excellent! The condo was right on the beach. It looks just like the pictures shown in listing. There was only a 3-5 minute drive to our favorite restaurants. We were able to walk right into Bubbas with NO wait time. Weather was perfect! Fall is definitely the time to go to Orange beach.
